I went back to Holborn Coco following an awful experience which I fedback and you kindly sent me a voucher. I wanted a meal deal but they'd run out of garlic bread so I had to go for pasta. I requested extra sauce on both pasta dishes. To be honest, this is how the pasta should be served without the need to request additional sauce. If I'd have not requested additional sauce the pasta would have been dry and clumpy as it was the last time I visited Coco. The pasta was tasty but like I said, this was with the extra sauce. You need to provide that much sauce as a standard. It's unpleasant to have a dish with sauce on top and then as you get to the middle of the tub, it's just dry, clumpy pasta. My mom & I stopped into this location on our first night in London, from New Hampshire USA. We did not realize it was 2 minutes to close. We had traveled the red eye, was tired and hungry. Devi greeted us as if they still had hours of operations left. She set us up with the best meal to soothe our tired souls. So good, we went back tonight - our last night in London. Server seemed rather dismissive, coughed into her hand and served customers immediately using her hands. After almost 20 minutes of waiting, I went up to the counter to see if the food was made. Turns out it was sitting cold behind the server, whilst she was chatting to another staff member. When the other staff member asked what I had ordered, it was only then that the server remembered, turned around and gave me the food.
