Summary: I will never go back here again. They had horrible customer service, were rude/condescending to me and actually provided me with inaccurate information while telling me I was wrong! Details(if curious): The stylist and the manager (2 gentlemen) that day were not aware of how to bill me for the service received (I was overcharged by treatwell since my actual service was cheaper- I did this as per the guidance from the salon itself to book a longer time slot in case I needed more work. I even called earlier that day to confirm changing the appointment once I get there won’t be an issue and they said no it won’t be a problem). At the very end of the session they told me to take it up with treatwell to get my money back and that it’s not their job to communicate with treatwell (false information- if you check the treatwell terms it is the salons responsibility), when I asked for help in the form of a proof of service like an invoice/receipt/email or even a scribble on a piece of paper they refused and said they can’t do that! I asked how I’m supposed to fix it then and they said “it’s all on you to fix this now, you should have known this, everyone knows this”. They were so rude & condescending while gaslighting me and telling me I am the problem for asking for a simple receipt or invoice! When I said “a business should provide proof of completing a service, please just give me something I can have” they said things like “we are your proof” (not sure how that was helpful) or “this is between you and treatwell as we are not affiliated with them” or “everyone knows not to book through them” or “why didn’t you book through us, it’s your own fault” or would just laugh at me like I’m a child. They wouldn’t let me even complete my sentences while I was respectful and let them speak the whole time. Even another customer that was there tried to mediate as she saw the unfair situation but they still didn’t provide any support or resolution. I left with no refund for the overpayment, being told I was the problem, and that I had to spend time getting in Touch with another business to get any resolution. Later on I researched and it clearly states on the treatwell website that it is the salons responsibility to communicate to them if there was a different cost. So I was right all along and was put through that horrible experience for not reason. No one should treat their customers this way. The next day I called to try to speak to the salon owner to get help and the same person picked up and refused to put me through to her, kept asking what my exact reason for calling was while I kept saying “may I speak with the manager”, he finally said “fine” and then told me she was busy and would call me back. Read moreI have written a review over a year ago, but it seems like they took it down. This hair salon should not deserve even a star for the damage one of the hair stylist done to my hair! A horrible haircut that was off and nothing that I have asked for. Not only it damaged my hair, but my confidence at the time. It took a year to get it back to normal. When I booked another hair stylist to "fix"the mess the previous hairstylist had done, I was charged extra. She herself said the haircut was bad and will try and fix it. Appalling service, I would not recommend! Nearby hair salons in the area are much better!

It’s disheartening to see my concerns dismissed outright, especially when the consequences of that haircut have lingered long after my appointment.
The haircut I received was not only poorly executed—it was a complete deviation from what I requested. This wasn’t just an aesthetic disappointment; it caused actual damage to my hair, affecting both its health and my confidence for an entire year. I sought the assistance of another stylist who not only confirmed the inadequacy of the initial cut but also had to charge me extra to rectify the situation. It’s troubling to think that such a serious lapse in service is not taken seriously.
I believe it’s essential for salons to acknowledge when they fall short and take responsibility for the impact on their clients. Dismissing my review as potentially fake rather than addressing the issues reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service and accountability.
I sincerely hope you can take this feedback to heart and strive to improve the experience for future clients. There are many reputable salons in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction, and I encourage you to consider how you can better compete with them.

The saloon looks very well mantained, clean and with a good smell, with all the cosmetics that I would probably never buy. after a small chit chat with one of the barbers he asked me politly to sit in the barber-chair next to him as his colleague will come in a second.Didnt wait more than 2” and a very nice gentlemen came to me. after a few minutes explaining the complexity of my haircut, I realise that he has a lot more experience then I do and just let him decide what would be better for me. this doenst happen verry often! this guy was just amazing, he made me constantly laugh but in the same time very focused on his passion. everything went perfect! a really good vibrant experience and Gabriel, not just an amazing person but a very talented hair artist. i would defintley recommend him specially to my friends! good job my man, keep making people HAPPY and "hats down" for youre passion! visit the saloon and maybe you'll be...
