Disappointing Experience at Costa Coffee I ordered a large coconut cappuccino with chocolate dusting, but what I received was a latte that tasted absolutely awful. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my orders either. Out of every 5 coffees I order, only 2 are usually made correctly. It’s incredibly frustrating, as it feels like the staff just can’t be bothered to take the time to make the coffee properly. Read moreThis morning I’ve ordered some stuff off just eat, the driver somehow messed it up. I called the brunch and I explained what happened, Raluca made it right in less then a minute! She told me how to fix it via Just eat and she sent me a different driver with the rest of my order . I work in this industry as well and it’s not easy at all, especially when you have angry customers yelling at you face and there’s nothing you can do but just shut up and keep working.
