German Doner Kebab (GDK) — Restaurant in London

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I am a fan of GDK but this branch is absolutely shocking. me and my missus just moved to Tottenham and was happy to realise that there was a GDK I am originally from slough. I have also told my missus about GDK but she has never tried it so I decided to go and buy it from this branch when she tried it she said the meat was burnt overcooked and cold. I was upset because i wanted her to like it; the Sunday of the 13th February just gone we went over to see my mum in slough so we decided to go to GDK again as i wanted her to try it; she absolutely fell in love with it and was hooked. the quality of the slough branch is 10 out of 10. Yesterday 14th of February we decided to visit the one in Tottenham again hopefully giving them the benefit of doubt; BOY! WAS I WRONG we asked for no vegetables in our wrap the wrap had traces of jalapenos inside, the food was cold, the meat was overcooked and hard, they are meant to give three different sauces but gave 5 of the same sauce and one chilli, they overcharged us by 50p as i ordered a appletiser and my missus ordered a coke but they decided to charge us for an appletiser. The staff in there just look like they have come in to do a job and do not care how the food comes out, to be honest the owner needs to have a good hard look at themselves as they are the ones who have hired these employees. you are giving German Doner...

They’re bandits and fraudulent with the food. Had ordered an Uber Eats order.

O.G. Kebab with extras. As we all know their signature bread is a waffle toast. If you look at the picture, does that look like a waffle cone texture bread. The bread was stale, no grated cheese or burger sauce as requested. So was conned in paying extra for less. Don’t get me started on the extra meat that was even given too.

The Doner Krunch Burger was ordered with extra meat, again this was not provided. No burger sauce and no grated cheese as paid for extra. The Dorito chips were dry / stale. As if the packet of Doritos used were left open for a few days.

Compared to other GDK that I’ve either eaten in or had a take away. This is by far the worse with their own rules.

Even after informing Uber Eats support, they seem to side with corrupted food places such as these.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Those whom are brave to take the risk and eat there. Look at your food and make sure you’re getting what you should be getting, not some bespoke item that can be given by any normal Turkish Kebab food joint.

Because of the wrong bread being stale and hard this had also caused injury inside of my mouth and a laceration to the outside of my top lip.

Hi. I have had the disappointment of going to one of your store today in 474 High Rd, London N17 9JF and my partner ordered something to eat and we had to wait 16 minutes to receive our order. There were less than 10 customers inside and may I mention that two other people who were there before us complained. After 12 minutes we went to the till and asked where our order is because there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The rudest employee you could ever imagine when we politely asked how much longer we have to wait said “the chicken isn’t cooked, it will take 10 more mins” to what I said that we’ve Already been there a long time and they should let us know that the chicken takes 25 mins to cook. She was extremely rude and replied “I wasn’t on the till” when she was in front of us for 15 mins. We Asked for beef since chicken would take 25 mins to cook. What I’m trying to say is you had a rude customer that made things 100 times worse also if a chicken takes 25 mins to cook let people know not everyone has the time to wait 25mins around.
