Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

This is the worst experience of my life and is because of staff behaviour and worst,their language used with customers.so me and my friend entered the shop and went to the counter.we ordered to a young lady who didn't grid us but that was fine.i payed with the card and I was left with the PAQ machine in my hand.i give the first recite to the girl who probably did my even notice.after taking the ordered she started making the drinks, 2 milkshake kind off drink and a caffe latte.and we waited..and waited..and waited some more.let me tell u that the shop wasn't bussy but we all started somewhere and at some point war new so it was my a big deal.this 3 drinks took like 12 minutes.her colegue was clearly annoyed by this timings and apologetic.on top of everything she was fixing forgotten paninis and desserts by this girl who was also serving us.we recive the drinks but no apology.i told her that she was a bit to slow,still nothing. Let me tell u that we are all Romanians so language barrier wasn't an issue.we went to the the table where my friend's mother was waiting clearly deranged by the delay.after a couple of minutes my friend souls one of the coffee everywhere.i went at the bar to ask for some paper to clean there I I live my friends to clean the mess as I went to smoke.finish my cigarette and come back in the middle of an awcuard situation where the the girl who served us 5 minutes earlier came and tells my friend and her 55 years old mother that they are so rude for doing this,and also so incredibly uneducated for spiling the drink on purpose just because for waiting to long for our drinks..so we war accused of doing this on purpose after waiting 12 min and paying for our drinks just to piss her off😑😑😑I asked to speak to a manager but some like nobody was there.i asked Giorgiana (this is the girl name) to at least apologise to my friend s mother but no answer. My friends clean 90 %of their mess.she came with a mop and insults them.this 20 something years old slow and lazy girl.i asked her for an explanation and nothing.no "sorry" no "maybe I was too slow" no "thank you for cleaning this mess"zero!!berry disappointed. I m not coming back to a place that clearly doesent offer a decent...

I just pop in for a coffee, I ordered everything was fine while they war making the coffee they war gossiping and laughing , that wasn’t the problem the problem is that the young ladies war very unprofessional and rude with the lady with glasses short gray hair you couldn’t tell how sad she was and also you could tell that she is feeling like a stranger there because the ladies was in the corner next to the coffee machine as I said laughing and gossiping , I am working in the same industry and I know the felling , I asked her if she was ok and very respectfully she answered saying that’s she is”ok” but was clearly not true , I am really sorry for her and I know how that feels, I hope the manager is taking care of it , because he should know that if the staff is not happy The costumers won’t be happy either...

the 2 women (1 white woman & 1 black woman) who were working there has no attitude at all! they looked so dead & bored while working there and when I ordered my mint frostino drink the lady looked bored when I asked her can i scan my costa app, she didn't say anything, & when I checked my costa app balance it didn't update, and then she just chatted, then the other lady did my mint frostino drink and she didn't even put the right amount of chocolate syrup (which she put little) and less whip cream lmao, I'm ashamed that this is my local branch and witnessing these 2 rude, horrible ladies, they should be fired!!, I will never ever go to this costa ever again, and i will go to another Costa branch somewhere else, i hope the manager of this branch gets better staff who treats their...
