Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Been using this store for years and whilst it is a small store which gets full fast the staff are perfect. They work as fast as they can and have not yet messed any order I have made. I use this store every single day, they know my most regular orders and make a great effort with my children. So its a 5 star rating from me. I only wish the store was bigger with better seating options, but that would be up to Costa Coffee Head office and not the staff who are most often rushed off their feet.

(29/12/22) Very poor customer service. Staff did not seem like they were happy to be working there. The lady on till barely spoke and was short with us - we had to ask her to get the muffin we ordered, and it was stale.

They were tight with the amount of cream that was put on the gingerbread latte, and we even had to ask for the little gingerbread man that normally comes with the drink - which was stale. Our friend was also missing parts of the drink she ordered and they claimed they had ran out, but this was not mentioned when we ordered at the till.

This costa has nice coffee and the team is friendly but i was shocked when a lady was next to us with a big dog with no badge that indicates its a service dog. We sat down and when we wanted to get up and asked her to move her dog as i have an allergy and my son has phobia of dogs she looked at my son and started judging him that he should start getting close to dogs (bare in mind my son is a minor). Staff should really put signs for no dogs unless they are service dogs! If you are afraid of dogs or you have an allergy definitely do...
