Creams Cafe Kentish Town — Restaurant in London

I ordered ice cream and a milkshake from Creams Kentish Town through Deliveroo, but had a very upsetting and unsafe experience. I have a nut allergy, and there was no option to leave a note about this on the app — only a phone number. I called the restaurant three times immediately after placing the order to warn them about my allergy, but nobody answered the phone. When the order arrived, the cup had Nutella on it, which I couldn’t eat. I had to take anti-allergy medication and couldn’t enjoy my order at all. This is unacceptable — allergies are a serious matter, and the restaurant ignored my calls and served nuts without checking. I also contacted Deliveroo but they couldn’t assist me. which was disappointing given the risk to my health. Nice ambiance, caring service, every time food came to the table - it just looked so awesome and tasted even better! Exceptional customer service, all the staff are very friendly with attention to detail in caring for your order, I took my son there for his birthday and amazingly enough the manager took good care of the whole experience there Including setting up decorations, provided candles and sang happy birthday to my kid.
