We've eaten at Crem several times since it opened and decided to hire the private dining room for my husband's 60th birthday party. Megha and her team made arranging everything simple and straightforward and ensured we had a great menu for our guests. We chose a buffet style meal and there was enough for everyone to have seconds and even thirds! Desserts were ordered individually and the serving team coped magnificently with remembering who had what and tracking people who moved seats after ordering! We had an open bar, so the serving team were run off their feet with drink orders, and Megha checked in regularly to ensure we didn't go over budget. They even provided fridge space for our 2 tier birthday cake and sliced it for us! Throughout our event, nothing was too much trouble for the Crem team. Everyone was good humoured, lovely to deal with, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best time - and we did. There is nothing more anyone could have done to make it any better, and all of our guests have commented on what a fantastic time they had. Thank you Megha and the Crem team, we had a marvellous time and I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a lovely restaurant for dinner or a full on, catered event.

Firstly, the manager (or owner) was extremely rude. Me and my friends had went to use the restroom as we thought it was for the general public, considering there were no clear signs on there saying that it was for customers only, but when we had went inside the toilet the manager (or owner) had come in saying that we “heard her saying excuse me” (we didn’t) and accusing us of lying that we hadn’t heard her. We tried our very best to stay respectful even though she acted very unprofessional by shouting things like “people go in there to smoke weed!”, which felt extremely targeted considering we were young black teenage girls and also screaming things such as “well then you be respectful first!” although we had apologised several times. I even tried to give feedback by saying that it would be very useful to put a clear sign up but she responded with that “it didn’t work” even though it would still be very beneficial to put one up as LESS people will use it, for example us, if we had seen this clear sign. I’m very disappointed with the staff here as I live locally to the park and even had intentions of visiting the restaurant soon with my family as my birthday is approaching fast, but after such a terrible experience I don’t think i’ll be making an appearance. Edit: After looking at a few reviews and your responses, I did also find you saying that the toilets were public?

What can I say about Pink Foodie! Well, let's just say what started out as trying them out for lunch one day in lockdown, they've certainly turned us into regulars. I think our record is now 3 times in one week?? We just can't get enough of this amazing food. It's unbelievably fresh, it's always piping hot. The boxes are like TARDISes, full of flavour & food. We keep trying new starters and getting hooked, now we can't order without adding a lemon tart to our basket, so trying new things from the menu is a dangerous game because it's all just so wonderful. Megha is an incredibly talented chef, it's an honour to have our food cooked by her! And best of all it truly feels like a family business. See you again soon. All the best, Ethan Sean and Milo

This is an absolute gem in Romford! Crem Kitchen is a brand created by chef Megha Arora, which sees her create a number of dishes inspired by her work and travels all around the globe. The menu offers a number of different worldwide tastes and flavours – just fabulous if you’ve got a broad palette! I recommend the fish tacos, squids and steaks as they were phenomenal! Bursting with flavour and totally fresh. The restaurant is located in Raphael’s Park in Romford, so it's the perfect pit stop after a walk. The place has a really relaxed & sophisticated vibe yet it is kid friendly. 100% recommended.
