⭐ 0/5 - Shockingly Bad Customer Service
I placed an order with Danwa’s Pizza Bromley (direct on their website) and immediately realised I'd accidentally selected collection instead of delivery. I tried to contact them right away, but after calling SEVENTEEN times, all I got was an automated message: "You have reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls." Even now, calling that number (listed on their Google page and website) leads to the same message.
I also emailed them immediately and, to this day have never received a response.
My partner reached out via Instagram and was told they would check with the store and get back to us. That never happened. After following up again, we were simply told to take it up in-store—completely disregarding the fact that this should have been resolved promptly and professionally.
Instead, 28 hours after placing my order, I got an email saying, "Hang on, your order is almost there."—which made me seriously question whether my order was ever even made or if they just decided to charge me a day later regardless.
I've been waiting over a month, genuinely hoping they would rectify this in the name of good customer service, but that clearly isn’t a priority for them. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but at this point, I have no other option.
I am now £40 out of pocket for an order I never collected (and highly doubt was ever made), and the complete lack of accountability and customer support is beyond frustrating. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs and stick to ordering on ubereats or deliveroo. Absolutely...
