De Millano Pizza — Restaurant in London

Had to change my review from 5 star to only one star and if I can give 0 I would have done it. All respected restaurants have system to know their customers from the phone number and to treat their loyal customers with the best service, however, I normally call to order then collect, and every time I call, I make sure to inform the employee who takes the order that I need it thin crust and for the last two orders, the same employee answers the phone and takes the order with my instructions about my thin crust request and when I get to the shop to collect, I ask if it was made thin so he looks at me and says “it’s in the oven now brother and nothing can be done, you never mentioned that you want it thin” as if I am a liar I had an argument with him and still didn’t want to admit his mistake.

I did not learn my mistake from the first time it happened but will never ever order anything from this rubbish...

Extremely rude person on the phone. I placed an order via the Deliveroo App where their name is the Pizza Place. I thought I was ordering plain Potatoe Skins with just cheese on top on the Deliveroo app as there wasn't any description. I didn't have a paper menu so I called the restaurant to find out more. Person on the phone outright refused to confirm what type of bacon meat was added to their potatoe skins. This was important to me for allergy reasons. Now I'm needing to throw away food thanks to the unreasonable behaviour of the person on the phone. On a positive note everything else ordered was fine and made well. 1/10. Ordered through Uber Eats. Horrible garlic aftertaste and, trust me, I love garlic. Not going to lie, this is hands down the worst pizza I've ever had in London. Worst, I ordered a thin crust and it was thick. It came squished, fair enough it's a problem with the Uber Eats delivery driver, but man was it a bad pizza. I was excited cause of the ingredients but no. Terrible. It's almost like they put an entire bulb of garlic. It was also raw garlic, it didn't had time to cook so it pretty much ruined the pizza.
