The person who answered the phone was rude and belligerent. I wasn't disrespectful. I was told by the person on the line that the app wasn't working, but I could see it was.
During the second phone call, i was told aggressively that the order “will get there when it gets there”.
I waited 20 minutes for my order when it was “live” on the tracker.
The delivery driver eventually arrived and apologised for the delay as he stated there were roadworks that delayed him. The driver was pleasant.
The pizza arrived with a lazy cut. For some reason, the staff felt the need to cut it in half.
Considering how rude the staff are, whom have no customer service skills, I expect they talk to their wives in the same manner, I won't buy from this...
Read moreI usually receive great service and the right order 85% of the time. However, I received the wrong pizza even though I have paid extra for stuffed crust. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes so I called dominos to let them know so they can refund me the difference to use for my next order. I have called 20 different times in the space of 10minutes, but no answer whatsoever.. and it’s close to 9PM so I wouldn’t imagine it being busy. I finally got an answer once I called from a different number that I didn’t use to order. The gentleman on the phone proceeded to put me on hold to see “what happened” and proceeded to keep my on the line for 17 minutes (I’m still on hold as I’m writing this). I don’t believe in writing bad reviews, but this really seems like they only answered to stop me from constantly calling and put me on hold...
