Although Domino's pizzas are delicious, this rating is specifically for the manager Mohammed and the East Dulwich branch's level of hygiene.
We ordered 3 large pizzas last night, and one of the pizzas had a long hair in it which my father removed from his mouth and from the inside of the cheese and dough. We ate no more slices from that particular pizza.
I called the next day and Mohammed said he would send a driver to come and retrieve the pizza slice with hair in it and they would replace the pizza. We left it in the box and gave the driver the slice requested. After 90 minutes of no response I decided to call the branch. Mohammed told me I planted the hair on the pizza and "he has checked and it isn't a hair from any member of staff working last night". I asked him what factors he used to determine his DNA analysis of the hair sample. He said it's impossible that the hair came from the store and it's convenient we ate 7.5 slices and only found hair in the final half slice. I explained to him we have the other uneaten 4 slices which he can collect. We did not eat any more of the pizza when we discovered the hair. I asked him if any staff have long hair. He said yes. I said, is it possible one of their hairs dropped in the kitchen and later was mixed with the ingredients? He replied this is impossible and I know it's not any of my staff members hair. He told me I can do what I want but he is not replacing the pizza and I can take it further if I want.
My complaint here is mainly to do with Mohammed's attitude and poor customer service skills. No apology, no attempt at resolution, and ultimately he was extremely insulting suggesting I had planted a hair in pizza to try and get a free one in return.
I love Domino's pizzas but will be going to Pappa John's in East Dulwich thanks to the very unhelpful...
Read moreI made an order on Sunday 16/9/18 for 2 pizzas at Domino's pizza, at the brunch of East Dulwich. I placed the order around 14:00 and - even though I saw on the tracking page that it was ready and dispatched after 15 minutes , the driver only made it here at 15:10 despite the fact that my address is really close. Before the order arrived, I personally, as well as my friend , called at the branch multiple times to chase the order but got no clear answer & in the end we said we no longer wanted the pizzas as we would have to leave for work at 15:20 & asked for a refund, which the person in charge agreed to give. Shorty after our last call, the driver arrived, we told him we no longer want the pizzas and he told us we can keep the pizzas and that we would still get a refund. Needless to say we never ate those pizzas as we had to leave for work. After one week, the amount of money had not yet been refunded. My friend called to chase it up and the person who he spoke with told him he would now arrange the refund and it will show up on his account after 5 working days. Guess what, we are still waiting. I am profoundly disappointed by this aweful service that proves Dominos pizza totally unreliable. I do not feel valued as a customer and I definitely won't be ordering food from this...

He passed our block with out stopping I shouted him but didn’t hear. I got call from store she could find the address was lie he didn’t look for it i was outside. Manager askme to collect it. I stop what i was doing I went there collected check the ticket was ok I came home was freezing My wife told me that it is wrong order inside I call the store again told them wrong order He ask me come collect new one bring wrong order I went there again the make complaint ask him refund he make me new one wait 15mins again he said sorry next time he will credit my account. Today i made collection order 27.02.2023 at15:37 order no 000027 /28165 He hold me that credit is valid only one month I have to pay £11.99 again
