Would give a 0 if I could. I've just moved to the area and ordered from the Wapping store at 8pm last night. At about 8:30, I checked the tracker and it said my pizza had been delivered (which it hadn't, or at least not to me!). I rang up the store and they answered. I told them that the tracker showed my pizza had been delivered when it hadn't. I'd even specifically put driver instructions on to ask for me by name when delivering! The guy I was speaking to checked and said that the driver had marked it as delivered about 15-20 mins before I rang. When I insisted that I hadn't received my pizza, I was put on hold and he came back on to tell me that my driver had been in an accident (but had somehow managed to mark my pizza as delivered) and that they'd send a new one out. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation or anything. The driver that came was totally silent, seemed put out at having to come out and didn't acknowledge me except to hand over the pizza. When I opened it, there was barely any cheese in the middle, it was lukewarm and was not a pleasant experience. I've been ordering from the Domino's near Friern Barnet for a year and have never received service like this! Will NOT be ordering...

Delivery driver called and said he was here. I go to meet him downstairs and he is nowhere to be found. I call the store and said the driver said he’s here but he’s not and I can’t get through to him. He rudely says if he has problems finding you he will call you.
5 minutes later the rude guy calls me and says the driver can’t find you so we’re going to send you another delivery driver?!? I explain to him he should have the delivery driver call me and I can help him, he hangs the phone up. I call back several times and he keeps hanging up the phone.
I called around 10 times and this final call he is acting like he cannot hear me, then when I change my tone and I am rude he finally speaks and says he will cancel my order and hangs the phone up again! I did not even get a chance to speak.
He then proceeds to call back and says he will not refund my order since they do not tolerate abuse.
I can’t believe this is an actual pizza chain, they need to retrain their staff or change...
Read moreI’ve ordered pizzas on Uber Eats tonight. After an hour of delay I called the restaurant as the delivery was done directly by Domino’s driver, not Uber Eats. The guy from Dominos (whoever was on the phone on 18 May 2024 at 23:22 at Dominos Wapping) told me my order returned as I was tried to be reached at my apartment and through my phone. Well, I told him nobody ever contacted me, nobody rang my door bell or tried to knock and if he couldn’t reach me they were supposed to contact Uber Eats. He told me I’m not understand English and anyway they are closed now anyway so my order will not be delivered and I will not get any refund because it’s all “my fault,” then he hung up. That’s completely unacceptable and that’s not how to you treat the customer. I have to admit it’s a pity as I think Domino’s is one of the nicest chains that makes pizzas, however after tonight I will make sure I never order from them, will just get the pizza directly from the store or order from...
