If you’re in the area and looking for a relaxed spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast, The Double Six Cafe, located at 66 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BL, is definitely worth a visit. Just a 10-minute walk from Euston Station, this modern, minimalist cafĂ© offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. I had the scrambled eggs on toast, which were light, fluffy, and well-seasoned, paired with golden, crispy toast—simple but very satisfying. My friend opted for the No. 2 breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, sausage, plum tomatoes, mushrooms, and fried bread. It was a hearty and classic choice, perfect for those craving a traditional, filling breakfast. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The cafĂ© has a relaxed vibe, making it a great place to unwind while enjoying quality food. Overall, The Double Six Cafe is a gem in the area for travellers.

After walking past this cafe many times, I finally had the opportunity to give Double Six a try and I wasn't disappointed. Quick service, food was hot and fresh. I was most impressed with the fried bread - not greasy, nice to have rather than hash brown. Plenty of seating. Clean and well maintained. Just round the side of Euston Station.

Went today. Food was not great. Mushrooms were not well cooked. Butter toast was very sub standard. Cappuccino had 5 ounces of chocolate and dint taste great. The lady at the counter was poker faced- usually you find vibrant smiling faces in family owned bistros. Food is super cheap, though. Wont bother next time.

Great value for standard British "greasy spoon" cafe. It's no frills but do good range of food and I found the breakfast excellent. They are happy to add on anything you want as well even if it may not be part of the menu advertised and we found the waitress freindly. Place is clean and tidy as well. Great prices for the portions you get, especially compared to the local chain places around Euston. People moaning the fry up was greasy, it's a fry up! And we didn't find it overly greasy as some have out on here. If you want something a bit upmarket then suggest you head to the Hilton up the road. This is a great basic cafe with decent quality food at...

This is a traditional cafe serving large portions of well cooked and very tasty (but not fancy) food at very reasonable prices. It's a real shame London doesn't have more places like this and less pretentious chain restaurants badly imitating various foreign cuisines. The service is quick (even when busy) & friendly too. Just two warnings: 1) it's cash only, which is always unexpected in London. 2) the stairs down to the toilets are very steep and a little uneven, which could be a...
