If it weren’t for Rakib’s incredible support that day, I don’t think I would have been able to leave Euston Station. I was in complete shock after my phone was snatched right out of my hand while I was sitting on the train at 2 pm, in broad daylight. The suddenness of the incident left me overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Rakib stepped in to assist, taking over from his colleague, and immediately made me feel supported.

What stood out most was the way he connected with me on a personal level by sharing his own experience of having his phone stolen in the past. This made me feel understood and less alone in such a distressing moment. Rakib patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take, providing clear instructions and reassurance throughout the process. His calm and empathetic demeanor really helped to ease my anxiety, turning a highly stressful situation into one that felt manageable.

This experience highlighted how crucial it is to have staff like Rakib on hand—his empathy, professionalism, and genuine dedication to his work make all the difference. Thanks to his efforts, I felt confident that I was in safe hands, and his kindness had a lasting positive impact on what could have been an entirely negative day. Staff like Rakib are a credit to any organization, and I am deeply grateful for his support during such a...

I absolutely loathe this station. To think that it is a major London connection is an embarrassment. I know the station is old and badly due a refurbishment, but why is the development so slow? The Chinese would have completed this in a year, on time and on budget albeit a few casualties in the process.

Tourists and Londoners keep getting lost in the underground due to poor information when navigating this maze of a labyrinth. If you do manage to find the exit you now have to re enter the building in order to catch a train.

The ticket office looks like it's falling apart and good luck if you want to travel with London Northwestern Trains. There is now only one working self service machine. The new information boards don't help during overcrowding as now everyone is struggling to access the information boards.

In what country do you make rail announcements so late so everyone has to run onto the train in order to have a seat. The under capacity trains provided are old and uncomfortable yet the UK has the some of the most expensive train tickets in the...

London Euston Railway station is a nicer Railway station compared to London Kings Cross St Pancras. And I hear that they will be expanded by the year 2026. But I Think London Euston Should be Step Free access in the future. With plenty of Lifts connected to London Underground which is the Victoria and Northern Lines. Not only that. I Think there should be Walking distance from Euston Square to Euston Square straight to London Euston Railway station. Also. Apart from they will be making more platforms in the future. I Think there Should be Eurostar in the future as well. Not only that. I Think There Should be a Brand New Train service from London Euston to Londonderry. That's with a Channel Tunnel or Bridge. That's stopping at Dun Laghaire, Dublin Connolly, Balbriggan, Drogheda MacBride, Dundalk, Newry, Portadown and...

A small station for you to interchange between Victoria and Northern lines. There are no toilets in the underground station. You will have to come out of the station and go to the main railway station if you want to access toilets and food places (e.g Burger King, Sainsbury’s, Nando’s, Pret, WHSmith). Bare in mind there are two sets of escalators in order to get upstairs if you are from Victoria or from Charing Cross (northbound platforms). It takes approximately 2-4 mins to get all the way rail station concourse… so keep that in mind if you are rushing for train.

Visited this station on a hidden London tour of the dissused parts of the station. There was some really interesting parts of this station that is not seen by the public. It was interesting to see one of the platforms that is still in use that used to be a island platform with the tube lines each side wich one was filled in and now leaving a really wide platform. I enjoyed getting to see the old ticket office from back when different companies owned different lines and having a interest in lifts getting to see the dissused lift shaft was interesting to see to.

Here is a busy but well-organised transport hub in central London. It connects multiple Underground lines, making it convenient for travellers heading across the city. During peak hours it can get very crowded, but the signage is clear and staff are generally helpful. The station is clean for such a high-traffic location, and the connection to the mainline Euston rail station makes it a key gateway for journeys to and from London.
