My missus wanted to go somewhere for brunch, so picked this spot. It did not let us down. Good parking availability on a bank holiday, and we all enjoyed our meals. My burger was cooked a perfect medium, and the gherkins were cut super thin (thick gherkins overpower/ruin any good burger), and the cheese was melted onto the burger - Just how it should be. The Aioli the fries were served with was either freshly made, or very high quality pre-bought. Fries were crispy, too. The full English wasn't the best, as the sausage was overcooked, and we received fried eggs instead of poached. That being said, mistakes can happen. The service staff (not one, but 4 of them) were phenomenal with the kids. They all said hello, offered the little ones high 5s, and we're very cheerful with the kids. I don't know if this is a rule from management, we just happened to see the right 4 service staff, or my kids happen to be cuter than most - But I'm going to go with management expecting their staff to be friendly with kids. Prices were good for the area, but a little overpriced for the food, so no complaints there. Would I visit again? Yes.

I went to promote Drunch’s Iftaar menu on 24th March through an app called Pingfluence, where the offer to promote was accepted and confirmed by the restaurant. The booking showed Oxford Circus as the location, so I arrived there while fasting, only to be told the Iftaar menu wasn’t available and I had to go to the Regent’s Park branch instead. After traveling 1.5 hours in total, I was made to wait, only to be told the offer would no longer be honored. The General Manager was present at the restaurant but didn’t even come out to speak to us. It was only when I mentioned potentially sharing my experience online that they suddenly offered to honor the deal, but by then it was too late. The disrespect had already been made clear. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a restaurant promote an Iftaar menu to gain visibility during Ramadan, only to treat fasting Muslims with such disregard. I reached out via email before posting this, giving them a chance to solve this issue, but they chose to ignore it. Avoid places that want to profit off Ramadan and Muslims but show no respect to the community they’re targeting.

I recently had the pleasure of having brunch at this charming brunch spot that left me utterly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable customer service that set the tone for a delightful experience. The quality of the food surpassed my expectations, with each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. The menu offered a wide array of delectable options, from savory to sweet, and everything in between. I couldn't resist indulging in their signature brunch dishes, and I was blown away by the creativity and attention to detail in each plate. What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my brunch experience was nothing short of perfect particularly the Supervisor. Overall, this brunch spot not only delivers on the quality of the food but also excels in providing top-notch customer service. I left feeling satisfied, impressed, and eager to return for another memorable meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful brunch experience.

Where do I start, we went to the Regent’s Park location and prepaid for a 3 course ‘iftar experience’ online through opentable total of £70 was spent which is pretty good as we thought we’d be getting a beautiful iftar dining experience lol - I booked for 2 and we were very excited to try this place, as we had seen a video on social media highly rating the iftar experience, and they seemed to have generally good reviews on Google, pictures of the food and location looked nice etc. we arrived there about 5 mins before our 7:30 booking, iftar was for 7:46 so we booked ahead to leave time for any food prep etc just in case, all in the hopes that we can break our fast in time. The lady behind the counter said that she doesn’t direct to tables and to wait for the host, which was completely fine as the host came out just a few moments later to take our names for the booking and directed us allllll the way to the table in the back by the gentleman’s bathroom and kitchen. The restaurant inside was fairly empty and we had no guests besides us and 2 other parties on other tables. I could see both parties had drinks on their tables and could see they were waiting to drink them (they were also visibly Muslim and fasting) - I assumed we’d also get asked if we’d like to order any drinks, but apart from being directed to our table, not one server had come near us for ages. In that time, other guests had filled the empty tables surrounding us and iftar time had passed - waiters served water to allll the tables around us but not to us, mind you we had fasted all day aswell and the only choice of food we had to break fast was the five measly most dry looking dates they set on the table 20 mins before. We couldn’t understand how guests that arrived much much later than us were being served first - us being not very outspoken individuals we thought to be polite and wait for a server because SURELY there was some method to this way of serving that the waiters have and we don’t know any better. Eventually (25 mins after iftar had started- ridiculous) we got a waitresses attention and asked for water - she asked if we wanted tap and I said no, but she was already walking away before she heard my answer. I could see on her way back she also took the orders of tables near us - they allll got served first and we didn’t get served anything by her at all. Another server came by to wait on the guests directly next to us who had arrived much much later, ironically he asked if they wanted MORE water - I eventually got his attention (meaning I had to YELL sorry can we get some water) and that’s when we were finally served with some only a total of 25 mins post iftar. We couldn’t help but laugh out of sheer annoyance. People are already being served their first course at this point and we were still waiting for. Just. Water. And we were one of the firsts to arrive there. The food came out eventually and was bland , unimpressive. I recall the server asking pettily if “I’m good” because the annoyance at that point was plain on my face. I couldn’t help it as we had literally STARVED and not drunk any water all day for this ‘iftar’. No amount of salt and pepper was saving the dishes which was clearly for looks only, we were even served the first course in different uglier bowls to everyone else - the only good part was the donuts for dessert and even then it was five measly peices. I wish I could’ve said good things about this place but it was upsetting. it was such a nonsensical experience. 1 stars...

If I could rate this place 0 I would. We made a booking prior to our visit - upon arrival we were ignored by several staff for at least 10 minutes. We were left standing waiting for somebody to acknowledge us so we could advise of our booking and be seated. Once we were acknowledged, we were seated outdoors. As it was cold, we requested to be sat near the heaters. We were seated in the centre and felt no effect from the heaters at all. We were not offered blankets as other diners were. As more people came in, they were asked ‘would you like to sit here as it is under the heaters?’ These were the same tables that were available when we arrived but were not offered to us despite our request. After 10 minutes of being seated, we flagged a waitress to take our order. We asked for a full English, no beans and no tomato and scrambled eggs on toast with hash browns and beans. We were told we couldn’t order the hash browns and beans separately and would instead have to order a full English and remove the components we did not want, this would cost us extra money. We proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our food, when I flagged a gentleman to ask how long the food would be, he was extremely rude asking ‘ what’s the problem’ and then proceeded to walk away from me mid explanation. The food arrived and was completely incorrect. There was no full English, parts of our order were missing, the bread was brown despite us requesting white bread and when we told the gentleman this he again was rude and so we said we would like to pay for our drinks and leave. We would not recommend this place to anybody and would advise to avoid this place at all costs....

Whilst me and my friend sat on a sofa near the bar area we could over hear the manager loudly belittling his staff, we was shocked at what we could hear as he shouted rude demeaning comments at them. When the food arrived it was of quality and tasted good but was a disappointingly small portion for the price. When we finished we asked for the bill, the waitress apologised that the card machine was not working and was paying cash ok? Unfortunately myself and friend only had our phones with wireless pay available. She understood and told us someone was currently trying to fix the card machine and it should be up and running shortly. My friend and I sat for a good while before getting impatient, we told the waitress that if there wasn't an available way to pay within the next 5 minutes we would have to leave as we had plans and was already late. The manager stormed angrily over the road to borrow a card machine from a neighboring business when he returned his attitude was disgusting, he asked me if I would like a receipt and I said yes, the machine played up and wasn't printing it so he angrily threw his hands in the air shouting for eff sake whilst flinging the door open and marching back across the road. As we started to leave the premises he stood angrily cracking his neck. I feel so sad for his staff having to deal with him daily, he is an absolutely horrific little man! He has zero skill in...
