Ezo Bbq — Restaurant in London

I used to be a regular customer, 2 times a week absolute minimum.The prices were outstanding and the quality amazing. I genuinely thought I was lucky to have such an outstanding kebab shop so locally.

I used to tell the owners that the food was worth more. I never thought they'd take me literally and go to these lengths.

All has changed. Portion sizes aren't what they were and prices have risen. The food no longer tastes of the same quality either. I have found at least 3 other shops that are better for value and quality.

On this occasion I ordered two burgers; one 1/4 pounder and one 1/2 pounder (generic kebab shop burger patties), one small chips and a bottle of Coke (the drink cost £4 for a 1.25ltr bottle). Total price £17.

I understand that the economy has changed but I cannot justify these prices for food they bring in from elsewhere and cook through which is the case for the order mentioned previously.

I order takeaway/delivery for the convenience but at these prices I need to make sure I have food indoors; it's no better than what I can make myself but 4 times the price.

J&D Kebab deliver and are better value and the food is much nicer. I will use there from now on.

So disappointed as I used to...

Ordered a lamb doner kebab and lamb chops, it got delivered late which I wasn’t too fussed about , then when it came my lamb in my kebab was stone cold, and there wasn’t even much of it…and the bread that it was in was stale rock hard!! The lamb chops were a lot worse they were soo small and have no flavour what so ever , and very dry!! don’t even get me started on how burnt and hard it was !! Absolutely fuming for what I had paid, would defo not recommend….I don’t write many bad reviews but this oh my I’ve never been so put off...

Food took over an hour to come had to call them l was told it would be 10min l ordered this for my disabled son and his carer as he had just come out off hospital ,it was delivered to my son and then l got a call to say they where they had a delivery my son told them he already got it the delivery driver then called me calling me a lier and keep ringing my sons door bell l told him to go away and l call the shop where the owner put the phone down on me and would not pick up again l would not...
