I visited this restaurant in January 2024 as part of a large group (10+) for a birthday dinner. My experience as a customer started the day before the dinner. The person who did the reservation was informed by the restaurant that they would not be able to provide a birthday cake. For this reason we purchase one and took it to the restaurant. The staff from the entrance reception to the 2nd floor restaurant reception were helpful and special thanks goes to Jenny for liaising with the Chef for having the cake stored in the restaurant fridge. My suggestion is if you have a special occasion to contact ahead the restaurant with any special requests and have them with the chef if necessary for a smooth experience. In respect of the dinner itself: The atmosphere of the restaurant is really warm and cosy. The lightning is right for the experience without being too bright or too dark. The setup of tables as such that you can have discussion without feeling noisy making it a nice place for both business meetings and gatherings. The service of the restaurant was very good and of a standard that is hard to find post pandemic. The staff took the time to explain how the rodicio system works and what was recommended to eat if we chose the " Rodizio Experience" from the menu (which is a all-you-can-eat service). The drinks arrived quickly and the caipirinha was one of the best I have tasted with the right balance of ingredients. The full table went for the Rodizio Experience which apart from the meats gives access to a plentiful buffet. The quality of the meats was exquisite and the prices paid are justified. Customers have also the ability to specify the level of cooking that they wish the near to be prepared (typically medium / medium rare). One thing that impressed me is that unlike other Rodizio restaurants the meat dud not revolve from table to table but rather came to our table in the sequence as presented in the card given in the beginning hinting that the chef was executing a specific routine in the kitchen rather than preparing meat and sending it out. This made a massive difference in the overall experience and means that the customer gets the cooking they need to specification and the meat always lands on the plate warm to eat. Please note that when visited the restaurant due to a delivery issue chicken hearts were not available however I understand from staff that they are considered a specialty and you should try them. The staff were very courteous and brought the cake we had given them the day before along with plates and spoons. Due to an accident part of the cake landed on the floor and the staff were really friendly and helpful in trying to make the most of the situation. The bill paying process was swift and the certain bill items were explained when clarification was asked with no issues. As of January 2024 I consider this to be the best Rodizio restaurant in Central London. For Vegans/ Vegetarians: due to the Rodizio focus of the restaurant this may not be one of top choices for vegans and vegetarians. In the event you wish to tag along my suggestion is to not be detered by the Rodizio focus as the buffet menu and some of the sides are more than compensate and can still make you full.

Great food, beautiful setting — but service left a lot to be desired We visited Fazenda Bishopsgate for a birthday celebration, and while the salad bar was absolutely fabulous and the meats were delicious, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a lack of communication. Pros: * The salad bar was fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented — a real highlight. * The meats were fantastic, constantly brought to the table and cooked to perfection. * The restaurant itself looks fabulous— elegant, modern, and perfect for a celebration. * Staff were helpful when it came to taking group photos, and we were never rushed throughout the meal. Cons: 1. Poor service communication When we arrived, no one explained how the system worked (e.g., the use of the red/green coaster to signal meat service). We only found out after a server midway of the meal explained . 2. Rude interaction with the manager There were 8 of us and we like to order a variety of dishes to share. The manager came to our table to abruptly tell us we couldn't share food— his tone was condescending and unnecessarily harsh. It felt inappropriate, especially during a celebratory occasion. 3. Wine glass incident The birthday guest asked for a wine glass to be left on the table in case we changed our minds. The waiter insisted on removing it, saying, “You didn’t order wine.” When she asked again, he replied he could bring it back later — but his tone was off-putting and dismissive. 4. Lack of etiquette guidance There was no explanation of how to use the tongs properly when meats were being served. I mistakenly used the tongs incorrectly and was spoken to rudely by the server. A simple, friendly explanation would have gone a long way. 5. Incorrect seafood order We requested seafood without mussels and extra prawns, but both dishes came with mussels. When we pointed it out, the waiter just shrugged it off, saying he’d told the kitchen. There was no apology, and only one plate was taken back. Again, the tone was poor, and the two guests who had the seafood wouldn’t recommend it Final thoughts: We genuinely enjoyed the food, especially the meats and salad bar, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday dinner. However, the lack of clear communication, rude staff interactions, and poor handling of special requests significantly impacted our experience. Would we return? Possibly — for the food and ambiance. But the service needs improvement to match the food standard

Maybe if I had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before I would have thought this was good but unfortunately that's not the case. The service here is excellent that is a five out of five hands down but thats where it ends. The knives here cut like a spoon and slicing everything was a struggle. The cold buffet is a selection of items that don't make sense together. There was lettuce covered with bottled Caesar dressing but no croutons, coleslaw with far too much pepper, an unnecessarily large cheese selection, a seaweed salad, fresh mango and watermelon and a selection of flavored salt which are unnecessary because the meats are already heavily seasoned. There was also a beet salad and some pickled vegetables but nothing comes together to make a cohesive plate. The only hot sides they offered as an accompaniment was truffle parmesan fries, Black beans or egg fried rice with peas and carrots. I was surprised there was no mashed potatoes, plain rice or polenta available. I don't care for egg, beans or fries so I went without a side. The Brazilian cheese bread was also disappointing because it didn't seem to be fresh made and was over baked so it was hard and served with a red pepper sauce that had no business being there. I ordered a butter basted lobster tail and the butter was seasoned with paprika or something similar l'm not sure what it was but it ruined the lobster tail. The tail was also served half pulled out of the shell instead of being cut in half which made eating it difficult. All meats are heavily seasoned but they were not offering everything they had listed on the menu even though we asked for the pork with honey. Everything was also cooked to rare but I prefer medium rare to medium so all my slices had to come from the edges. The pineapple is always my favorite but this one was too heavy in cinnamon and lacked brown sugar and was under roasted. My churrasco experience also came with dessert and after speaking with my fantastic server I chose the churros to go. I asked for no chocolate sauce just cinnamon sugar would be fantastic. Well i carried that little box all the way home only to open it and find out that not only did they not have any cinnamon sugar on them but they were filled with caramel. It was so disappointing I just threw them away. I can't imagine coming back here unless they create a more cohesive eating experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new Fazenda in Bishopsgate, London, and I can confidently say it measures up in every way to the outstanding experiences I’ve enjoyed at their Leeds branch. Right from the moment my wife, daughter, and her friend stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and courteous service, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The atmosphere struck just the right balance between sophisticated and inviting, making it equally suitable for both family outings and special occasions with friends or colleagues.

The rodizio-style format was, as always, the star attraction. Each cut of beef, lamb, and chicken arrived with impeccable timing, ensuring that our plates never felt lacking yet never became overwhelming. The meats were cooked precisely to our preferences, with delicious seasonings that enhanced rather than masked the natural flavours. It was clear from the outset that the staff take real pride in delivering a top-quality dining experience, regularly checking in to see if we wanted a pause or were happy to continue sampling the various cuts.

One of the aspects that truly impressed me was the attention to detail shown by our servers. They took the time to explain their favourite cuts of the day and even offered tips on how to best enjoy each piece. Although we didn’t explore the salad bar, wine list, or dessert options during our visit, it was still obvious that Fazenda’s menu features an abundance of tempting choices. My daughter relished a thoughtfully crafted cocktail recommended by one of the knowledgeable servers, which complemented the grilled meats extremely well. Meanwhile, I chose to indulge in a few pints of Fazenda’s own Helles lager. This house brew was a real standout, delivering a smooth, refreshing taste that paired beautifully with the wide variety of seasoned meats on offer.

Another notable aspect of our visit was the customer service. Everyone we interacted with struck the perfect balance between friendly conversation and efficient hospitality. They were attentive without hovering and always seemed to appear at just the right time. From replenishing drinks to checking if we needed more meat, they ensured every detail was taken care of so that we could focus on enjoying our family meal. Despite the restaurant being busy that evening, the staff managed to keep a calm, professional demeanour, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

Comparing it to my regular visits at the Leeds branch, I was delighted to see that Fazenda has successfully transplanted the same exceptional standard of quality and service to their new Bishopsgate location. The consistent, high-quality dining experience across both sites indicates a strong commitment to excellence throughout the brand. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy top-tier rodizio in London, this is undoubtedly a restaurant to bookmark.

A lovely final flourish was a birthday message written in chocolate for my daughter with some truffles to enjoy at the end of the meal.

All in all, I can’t recommend Fazenda Bishopsgate highly enough for anyone seeking a fantastic steakhouse experience in the capital. The combination of delicious, perfectly cooked meats, a wide range of beverage options, and gracious, attentive service makes for a remarkable night out. Whether you’re already a fan of their branches up north or entirely new to the Fazenda concept, you won’t be disappointed by this superb addition to London’s...

Outstanding Service at Fazenda – Special Recognition for Yohji & Amalio**

Dear Fazenda Management,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the truly exceptional service I received at your restaurant during my recent visit 12/07/2025 time 7:30pm - 9:35pm to celebrate my birthday. I had high expectations going in, having heard many positive things about Fazenda, but I must say that my experience surpassed them in every way. What stood out most—beyond the delicious food and elegant ambiance—was the outstanding service provided by two of your team members: Yohji and Amalio.

From the very beginning of the evening, both Yohji and Amalio displayed a level of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness that went far beyond standard customer service. They were both incredibly welcoming, making me feel like more than just a guest—they made me feel genuinely cared for and celebrated. Their enthusiasm and kindness set a wonderful tone for the evening and added a personal touch that turned a simple birthday meal into a truly memorable occasion.

What impressed me most was how genuine and effortless their interactions were. Throughout the night, they engaged in friendly, sincere conversation—not the rehearsed or superficial kind that one sometimes encounters in customer service settings, but real, thoughtful dialogue that made me feel seen and appreciated. They took the time to ask about the celebration, shared kind words, and maintained a perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy the evening.

Their timing was impeccable: always checking in at just the right moment without ever feeling intrusive. They demonstrated deep knowledge of the menu and dining experience, answered every question with enthusiasm and clarity, and ensured that everything—from drinks to cuts of meat—was exactly to our liking.

What truly made an impression was the care and pride they showed in their work. They clearly love what they do, and it reflects in every action. It’s rare to encounter individuals who take such genuine pride in delivering not just service, but an experience. Their passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence reflect incredibly well on the entire Fazenda brand.

In an industry where service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Yohji and Amalio stood out as true professionals who go above and beyond to create lasting memories for guests. They are shining examples of hospitality at its best and are undoubtedly an asset to your team. In fact, I believe they should be recognized—and even considered for leadership opportunities or further development—because of the incredibly positive impact they have on your guests.

I don’t often take time out to write such detailed feedback, but in this case, I felt compelled to do so. The experience left a lasting impression on me, and I genuinely want to thank both of them for contributing to a perfect birthday celebration.

Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Yohji and Amalio. I will be recommending Fazenda to friends and family without hesitation, and I look forward to returning again soon—partly for the excellent food, but mainly for the outstanding service that Yohji and Amalio exemplify.

Warmest...
