Really gutted to share this review as this was a go to place of mine on the triangle. The coffee is great but the service is really uncomfortable and unfriendly. The guy with the strawberry blonde tied up hair makes you feel super unwelcome, and will hardly look at you whilst you order let alone crack a smile. He’s often accompanied by a lady, and they just whisper and chat amongst themselves whilst you wait awkwardly. No pleasantries, no wishing of a good day, just a really uncomfortably exchange, almost as if you’ve inconvenienced them by ordering. I had Americano and a butter croissant, the coffee itself was very bland, no flavor at all, almost like a boiled water. Pastries were big but lack of flavor as well, unsure what butter they use. I used to trust the individual cafes as they know what they sell and for that, they stand out better than most well known coffee shops. But I am wrong in this case. It is so hard to find one decent coffee shop that makes great coffee in South...
