GAIL's Bakery Askew Road — Restaurant in London

I absolutely love visiting this café in West London! Opened just a year and a half ago, it's a beautifully furnished, modern spot that feels both cozy and fresh. The personnel are incredibly friendly, always cheerful, and very knowledgeable about their products. They're always eager to help if I have any questions.

The food here is outstanding. Their bread is freshly baked daily, and you can really taste the difference in every bite. The selection of savories and sweets is fantastic. My personal favorite is the ham & cheese croissant—it's simply divine! The coffee is also excellent, making it the perfect complement to their delicious food.

Tasty hot drinks and a good location, but a bit of a disappointment in customer service.

While the ordering process went smoothly and the service was friendly, the Christmas bun was hard and stale. When I asked for it to be warmed up—a standard request in most cafes—I was told they don’t warm pastries.

our street already has multiple locally owned independent bakeries and coffee shops serving much better quality product. gails is owned by giant VC firm Bain Capital who are hoping to steal our local businesses' market, extracting wealth from our community.

only the absolute worst idiots would shop here. which is nice because i won't run into them in the good bakery.
