GAIL's Bakery Seymour Place — Restaurant in London

We came to Gail’s today when we couldn’t find a reservation for afternoon tea. Boy am I glad we did! I really wanted to try a biscuit with clotted cream and jam and I LOVED it! It was so delicious, I plan to go back for more tomorrow! The biscuit is perfect and their cream and jam combo is seriously delicious. I have been reminiscing about eating it all day long! I also had the Parmesan chicken sandwich, the bun was delicious, the chicken was well prepared, seasoned nicely and had a great semi-spicy sauce on it. I was really surprised how delicious it was and would order it again. My husband had the ham quiche which he enjoyed and said the brownie finger was a “better than normal” brownie which for him is a great compliment because he’s quite the brownie connoisseur and usually restaurant brownies fall flat. The best Gail’s in London. I come here 3 times a week to collect breakfast for my company, my orders are large and vary every time, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming, they serve me really quickly and considering I order so much they always get my order correct. They’re never fussed at the size of my order (where other places have rolled their eyes when I want to order so much food so early in the morning) They also have a huge selection of food to choose from, much better than other branches in fact, and if I have a special request they accommodate for me as best as they can. I always leave with a smile and my team mates are always very happy with their delicious breakfasts. Do not order Gail's delivery. Placed an order for Christmas Eve after their bakeries and social media channels were heavily promoting this option. With Tier 4, felt sensible, no stress, no worry. They did not deliver the Christmas order. They did not communicate that they wouldn't deliver this order. They actually confirmed they would deliver. When the order was more than 90 minutes late, I followed the instructions on their email and receipt and tried to call, email, tweet, and IG message. However, their phone went straight to voicemail and no one answered the emails and their social team did not respond. Gails took the money but did not deliver the goods and caused a lot of heartache on Christmas. Perhaps going in to this store is okay, but avoid delivery at all costs, it will only leave you disappointed. Gails has lost my custom...
