I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 'German Donna Kabab' restaurant, and I must say that server Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, Cynthia's kindness and attentiveness stood out.

One thing that truly impressed me was Cynthia's willingness to help us order and make amendments to our order to accommodate our dietary needs. She patiently listened to our requests and offered valuable suggestions, ensuring that we could enjoy our meal without any worries. Despite the restaurant being busy, Cynthia never made us feel rushed and took the time to address all our concerns.

“Offer is just scam”

I have visited German Doner Kebab several times and have always enjoyed their food, However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I had heard about their promotional offer of Buy 1 get 1 on any main deal only on Tuesday, and decided to check it out for myself. Unfortunately, I found out that the offer was nothing but a scam. The OG Kebab that I ordered tasted nothing like it had in the past. The amount of beef was significantly less, the salad on the donor was stale, and the bread was cold and wet.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food that was served to me at German Doner Kebab' on Tuesday. They just half the meat with more salads and make it two from one.

The promotional offer was misleading, and the food served under the offer was of extremely poor quality. I would not recommend anyone to visit this branch until they improve the quality of their food and stop misleading their customers with false...

Terrible Experience. I Was Charged but Told Payment Failed! I had a really bad experience at this place. I tried to order using the display, inserted my card, and it charged me. I saw the money taken from my bank. But then the screen said the payment failed. Basically, they took my money without giving me anything in return. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it was already 10 PM and no manager was available. I explained everything to one of the employees, and she admitted this wasn’t the first time it had happened! Yet she still told me I’d have to order and pay again if I wanted anything.
