Outstanding cafe located opposite Marylebone station via a less than one minute walk. Far superior to anything inside the station. Very hospitable staff, the lady (who I think is the owner) remembers customers and their orders and is always smiling and welcoming. All staff work extremely hard to ensure polished surfaces, no dirty plates left behind etc. Standard of cleanliness superb. Food is delicious and a good selection on offer. Definitely worth making the trip across the zebra from the station - you won’t be disappointed. Cafes like this are hard to find and this one is a gem. P.s I have had the privilege to re-visit this wonderful establishment. The jacket potato and baked beans were incredible. The water is also extremely good and very cold. Staff are so nice. Lovely place. Really recommend. In fact if you are in London just once you must come here. P.p.s back again in this great place. They make food so fast eg bacon sandwiches. No one is left waiting they are so quick. Definitely recommend. P.p.p.s the staff work so hard here. Everything is like a well oiled machine. All the lovely customers enjoy their food and beverages. Interesting decor. Good water. 💧 very nice food. P.p.p.p.s the fridge is well stocked as you can see from the picture. The sandwiches look very nice as you can see from the picture. There is a lot on the menu as you can see in the picture. You can also see the sign it is a nice orange colour as you can see. There is a shiny mirror on the wall but you don’t want to look in it when you look like me but it is very shiny all the sane and they must polish it a lot. The decor is very interesting indeed. Everybody is so lovely here. They really are. P.multiple.s it’s great in here full of lovely London people. The jacket potato with baked beans is very good.you can sit at the window or on woven chairs. Kids on a school trip. Teachers do such a good job. Not an easy one but they do it well. As Graham at tiffin said you only get one shot with a child’s education.

Toast was not actually toasted, but plain bread with butter on it. To have the egg scrambled instead of over easy was an extra £2. And the latte was extremely watery, almost as if water was poured into the cup to make it full. When I told one of the owners about the latte to get another made, they refused and condescendingly mansplained how a latte is made. After informing him that I’ve been a barista and have has many lattes, he refused again and did the same explanation. Horrible experience, would not return.

Nice cup of tea opposite Marylebone station while waiting for my train. Way better than the options in the station. The lady that served us was very polite. The guys who work here may care a little less about politeness (per the other reviews), and perhaps they could work on this a little but you can see they still give it 110% on food prep and quality which is what ultimately counts! I’ll be back and have no hesitation to bring along with my colleagues and friends if they are travelling with me.

This coffee shop has the worst employee I have ever come across. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The gentlemen was a white man aged around 45-50 who spoke to me with 0 respect. He is a very very angry man who swore at me several times while also sticking his middle finger up. I would advice the owners of this coffee shop to reassess this individuals future at this shop. He has so much anger and is the rudest person I have ever spoken to and should not be dealing with customers. I am in great disbelief that Management can hire someone like him to work for them. I live around the corner to this coffee shop and would rather go Starbucks coffee in Marylebone station where the coffee is not the best but the staff at least have respect and decency to speak to you as a human being. I would recommend any other cafe...

I walked in here this afternoon at 4:40pm to hopefully grab something to take out for my train journey, but I was promptly greeted with a rude “We’re closed” by a young white-skinned girl wearing round glasses.

I replied: “Closed? At this time of day?” She then grunted the same response: “We’re closed!”

There were even two people sat down at a nearby table eating and talking!

Even the website states this Coffee bar is open right now.

Regardless of whether this place was really closed or not, the girl could not have been any ruder to me.

She is clearly in the wrong job as she has no idea how to talk to people.

I certainly won’t be returning here again.

Absolutely appalling customer service and I doubt the food and drink would be much...
