Unacceptable Treatment and Discriminatory Practices

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way I was treated during my recent visit. Not only was I subjected to rude and unprofessional behavior, but I also feel that I was treated unfairly in a manner that was discriminatory.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service I received was far below what others were experiencing. Whether it was the dismissive attitude or the lack of courtesy extended to me, I found the treatment to be appalling. Additionally, when it came to billing and payment, I was charged in a manner that seemed inconsistent with the service provided, further highlighting the lack of fairness.

I firmly believe that this treatment was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. It is deeply troubling to feel that my presence was not valued, and that my financial contributions were treated differently than others. I have never experienced such blatant disregard for a customer, and I am disheartened by the overall lack of respect shown.

As a result of this experience, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this establishment to others. This is not how any customer should be treated, and I sincerely hope that this feedback is...

Ill will try to be gentle as much as I possibly can. .. I have ordered today 2 x chicken shish kebab, I've been told 10 min waiting time which is reasonable if you want good quality food. I have waited 23 min, watching the guy behind the counter serving other customers, he had many nice discussions with every day clients, sound very polite etc. BUT he forgot that 23 min chicken shish on fire could be destroying for the dish. My chicken was not grilled but DRIED. I have tried eating it at home but it tasted very bad. so if you fancy of having died chicken it is a perfect place to visit! He also forgot about the bred and last minute he has offered separately packed bred wrapped to dirty piece of paper so I've said "no thanks". Oh I was almost forgot- one of the salad vegetables was cucumber in brine, normally should be fresh and lovely but this time it was smelly and rotten, I know it for sure as I'm polish and we do eat cucumber in brine everyday. Overall this place should be closed. I would give zero stars but Google maps did not allowed me to do so. One more thing! He collected cash from clients and touched meat and bread etc with same hand!...

Been a loyal customer for over 4 years. Over the past year, the quality of food has massively gone downhill. The half chicken is always burnt and looks like some chicken fell off and disappeared in the grill. Flavour of the chicken is terrible as well. They give hardly any rice, maybe enough to feed a small child, definitely not an adult portion. They used to put the bread under the chicken in the box when packing so the chicken juices would go onto the bread - don’t even do that anymore, they don’t even bother giving the bread at all?? Not sure why. The small things that would make you want to order from them repeatedly don’t exist anymore. Because the food was good before, you used to be able to overlook the rude attitude of the staff but now it’s like they care less and less about what they’re doing. They can’t listen to simple instructions even when you request a bit more rice just to fill at least half of the box. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it. Last time ordering...
