I have been going to Colliers Wood Burger King for a couple years now and I know the staff very well there even if I don’t know all of there names. I know 2 names of the staff mind you. Elvis and Lili the assistant manager. I will start with Lili the assistant manager first. On the 24 June 2025, I accidentally purchased my meal twice on my Burger King app. So therefore I payed double the price. Therefore I needed help from a member of staff to help me to get my refund back on the Burger King app. And a woman named Lili who is an assistant manager kindly try to help me to get a refund back on my Burger King app. She really try to make an effort but no luck getting my refund back. So she kindly suggested to me next time I come again she will give a free meal to me. So the week after when I came back on 1st July 2025, she gave me free meal. When she gave me free meal, I felt so privileged and welcomed how nice and great customer service she had on me. If anything else I had a bit of a soft spot for her during that same time when she gave me free meal. On 1st July 2025 the weather was belting hot throughout UK and London and I can imagine the staff back stage have to work in hot humid conditions. I saw Lili the assistant sweating so bad due to the hot 🔥 London weather and also working in a hot humid temperature conditions backstage. When I saw that it made me feel guilty of having a free meal from her. Aww bless her. She is definitely top noch and lovely kind person not just to me but other customers aswell. I give Lili the assistant manager 10 out of 10 excellent customer services 👌👌. Hats off to her. And the other member off staff thumbs 👍 up is Elivis. Always friendly to me when I come to the restaurant for a bite to eat. I give him 10 out of 10 great customer service aswell 👌👌. All of you staff at Colliers Wood Burger King Branch are top noch. Customers goe first but sometimes they abuse that system by having abusive verbal behaviour towards staff if things don’t go there way. Still not acceptable with foul behaviour towards staff. I am not fan of that at all. Going forward in the future if I see customers giving foul abusive behaviour to you all lot, don’t worry I will be there as a regular customer to back you guys up and support you. Read moreBe careful ordering burgers from here, especially if you do pick up order on the app or for delivery. Today I ordered Bacon Double XL Burger, when I got home I saw the patties were not whopper patties but the thinner ones use for the smaller bacon cheeseburger and the bun was a brioche bun instead of the larger sesame seeded bun, i could instantly tell that the the burger was not what i usually receive before I even ate it.
Another time I ordered via the app the Wagyu burger, they just put a whopper patty inside the bun and thought I wouldn’t notice until I brought it back to the drive through window and told the lady behind the window.
She said we had run out of Wagyu and just put the standard whopper patty instead because she thought it was an online delivery order so that I could have just claimed a refund and then laughed. It wasn’t even served in the premium style black box and came in the standard wrapping used for their other burgers.
Then she remembered I bought it on the app for drive thru collection but she wasn’t very apologetic and just replaced the item with same value. I had to drive all the way back for this.
Today I can’t be bothered driving back there for a second time as this place has gone down hill now, zero customer service and the guys are just doing anything they want. I think the manager (black guy with glasses) left because the employees are fresh off the boat preparing food like they do on the dirty street food videos you see on YouTube in India.

Read moreWent to this restaurant on Monday, one off experience... it was dirty messy, disgusting tables, floors, trays, seats, as well as dividers...🙄 NO condiments, serviettes or straws to hand...and at the time empty... should have been enough of signs I needed to 👀but just thought it was a quiet day ... made the order which was cold when received as if just taken out of a fridge, so returned it only to be shouted at by the manager, who must of thought she was talking to her dog, and by then, in front of other customers, then said she was calling for 5 mins...Really!!! This cold in 5 mins?? I asked for an exchange for the meals or my money back, she reluctantly exchanged this and literally threw the tray in my direction... I asked her to add fresh chips again this time placing my order as I had requested, in a bag... not in the dirty sticky trays, as she refused to give my money back!! The staff in this shop are in need of much customer services training...🙄 😒 ... hygiene training and conflict resolution... in particular when they are in the wrong!!! BK... surprised you have any customers left... I think you need to close down and reopen with people who actually want a job and are willing to work with the public who are supporting your business... having to deal with igoranious out of touch individuals has/is ruining your brand... I will never eat in this or any other BK restaurant, unless I'm looking to get some type of poisoning ...Covid has actually taught these staff nothing... and I'd be surprised if you have many chains left if these are customers ...
