Gourmet — Restaurant in London

I have ordered birthday cake modal R9 vanilla cake and mentioned the cake colour requirements very clearly (make it sky blue for cake base and designs with pink colour should be replaced with white colour). The next day when I went to collect the cake I was shocked because the cake colour was completely different than which I ordered. I don’t even have time to order another cake so I asked them change the colour but they denied and said that it’s chefs mistake and right now he is busy and he can’t do anything. Shop keeper offered me to get the advance money refund but I don’t have other option to buy from other shop as the birthday party was planned on same day so I took the same cake. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I don't usually buy mithai from here but decided to give it a go. I bought half a kilo box of mithai and didn't realise they charge customers per box and not per weight. The lady who served me didn't explain this and charged me £8 for half an empty box! I don't mind paying good money for good quality food but their mithai were the worst I ever had. They were so dry and tasteless and some of mithai had a funny mouldy taste. It's obvious they were at least a few days old. I binned the whole box. This place needs to invest in good quality food and customer service especially with all the competition on Ilford lane otherwise it won't be long before you hear...

I am quite disappointed by the owner, I have no hard feelings as he is the owner. I went there in the morning and grabbed exactly 90p for samosa from my car as that’s all the change I had, I knew their prices it was 70p but put up now by 30p. I handed him the money and he said its 1 pound. Staff has packed my samosa already but the owner gave me my 90p back and said to staff does want it anymore which is fine as already mentioned that his will.
