Greggs — Restaurant in London

I regularly visit the Greggs store on Chrisp Street during my lunch break. It’s a popular spot, not only for myself but also for many local residents. The location is very convenient for the community. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience pleasant. However, the store tends to be quite busy, especially in the mornings and during lunchtime.

While the sandwiches generally seem healthy, their quality can be inconsistent at times. One major concern is the limited availability of halal options. Given that Chrisp Street is home to a diverse community, it would be great if Greggs could offer more halal chicken sandwiches or halal baguettes. This would better serve the needs of many local customers.

Really nice small Gregg's in Poplar near Chrisp Street Market.

Great warm baked rolls, pies and pastries and they have alot of vegan options.

Nice meals deals that include cold sandwiches and a drink.

Lovley sweet options.

They also offer free delivery on Just Eat when you soend £5 or above.

Very friendly staff who give a quick service.

Only one customer in the store at a time due to Covid.

There always seems to be sold out goods and empty shelves, but I still manage to find something to eat. This time I had an old favourite the tuna crunch baguette. I also got a caramel custard doughnut, which was too sweet and a pumpkin spice latte that just tasted like a normal latte with squirty cream on top. Worth the price for the sandwiches and...
