Greggs — Restaurant in London

Sandwich shelves often bare. long Often no hot food that is hot available - cold sausage rolls and pasties. Always selling out of things and you don't find out until you get to the counter after queing for ages. Long (often backing right out onto the cold street) queues and skeleton staff serving - at the times most people are going to be calling into a bakery - ie morning tea time and lunch periods between the hours of 12 - 2.00pm. Tea and coffee self service station often dirty and a mess - and almost always has not serviettes. Food choices get narrower and narrower as there are items they have removed from their selection - ie cornish pasties, hash pasties and custard tarts ... (are they sure they want to stay a bakery?) Only redeeming feature is that staff are usually and mostly quite polite. The place needs a manager who can take the initiative and also a few more staff. It's only when you visit other Greggs stores in other localities that you realise how poor this...

Ordered click and collect twice and it doesn’t show up on the screen so I’m having to say My whole order. I wouldn’t have gone in if I had to have to order normally. The lady was quite rude, I asked to her to read my phone and she way saying should couldn’t touch it which I understand but her general customer service was very poor. The whole experience just put me off and I left the store instead of trying to go through the whole ordeal of ordering stressfully. I walked in this afternoon to get my favourite chicken bake . When I looked there is only one left in the tray I told the young boy If I could have one chicken bake and margarita pizza and I paid instantly as I was waiting for my food another person came in also asked for chicken bake even though I told her I was first and paid for chicken bake first she said we got some more then I said ok . As soon as the other customer left she went back came out and said it’s not ready you have to wait 3 minutes. I felt I was treated unfairly she was rude at the same time.
