When i read the reviews about this place saying i wish i could give it 0 stars i can finally understand why!
My food initially was 1 hour late by the FIRST phone call.I was served by Daljit who told me my order had been sent out and would be with me in 10 mins and have me 101 excuses as to why it was late never giving me a proper answer.Then i was given a number for customer service to get a refund which was wring so i had to call back again.By the 3rd phone call my food was 1hr and 30mins away and was assured that it would be here any minute(Surprise,it wasn't!).
Almost 2 hours later the food arrived,mildly warm but since we were so hungry we thought might as well just accept it.You would have thought with almost a 2 hour delay(i live literally 10 mins max by vehicle) the order would have been correct.They forgot my drink so we asked the delivery driver if he would come back to which he hesitantly replied yes and uttered as he was walking away that it was far.Almost 30 mins later...still no drink.I call the Hut again to make sure my drink was coming as i had a sneaky feeling this driver couldn't be bothered to come back for which i was correct.When i called for almost 7th time i was told that the driver had arrived and didn't bring the drink because we told him 'it was fine'.Of course was so upset that he literally lied so he wouldn't have to come back,when i told the person on the phone that this was not only incorrect but untrue she basically called me a liar.To top it all off ,in between on of the phone calls i was left on hold for 10 mins and literally forgotten about so i had to hang up and call again.
Words fail to express how angry I am considering, I've ordered from here before. Seriously if i was area manager I would take a long hard look at the people Im hiring because...

On this occasion we ordered a pizza and it not only came cold but it was horrifically burnt. My nephew was hungry and so were we. So we started taking bites but it was real cold. My nephew was really hungry so we didn’t stop him eating. We made a call telling them that we were dissatisfied with the way the pizza came. So they said they’d bring us a new one.
Me and my sister put the slices back. But my nephew carried on eating as he was getting upset when we told him to stop eating. Shouting that he was starving. So what are we to do,stop a child from eating?
Wind up a half an hour later a fresh pizza comes to our door. We gave the majority of the pizza back. We explained that my sisters child was hungry we couldn’t stop him from eating his slices. He was like “you’ve eaten the pizza etc”. Was making a fuss and I was trying to explain that we couldn’t take food from a child. My sister said “forget it then” but in the end he gave us the pizza begrudgingly.
We open the fresh pizza and it wasn’t that hot and instead of being burnt, it was undercooked.
There was a reason I never ordered from Pizza Hut. Now it’ll stay fresh in my memory as to why.
They should remember with two dominos being in the nearby surrounding area, they should be valuing all the customers they get. Cause loyalty...

Such bad service from Pimlico Pizza Hut, such a shame because I used to work for this company as a part time job as a student many years ago, and I know customer service used to be a part of your ethos - clearly no longer the case.
I ordered a pizza as part of a 2 large pizza and side deal - driver clearly didn't check the order as he turned up without one of the pizzas. He did return with the forgotten pizza after 30+minutes, but I'm not convinced the pizza was cooked fresh, and it had so much garlic powder on it that it was practically inedible.
When i asked for a discount for the inconvenience of waiting for over half an hour extra for my food, i was told over the phone by someone (i think her name was Simona?) that it was impossible because I had ordered as part of a deal. She then instead offered me a free medium pizza in the future, which I was far from happy about, but accepted as there didn't seem to be any other option. After I had agreed to this, she then stipulated that that medium pizza had to be ordered within the next 10 days, so I said i would leave it as I'm not going to be based in London after the next two days.
When i then asked again for a discount, she once more refused, and then when i said i would be leaving a poor review for the service, she said "Yes please".
I'm livid, and wont be...
