WXYZ Bar — Restaurant in London

Place is good, staff is just not. The ambiance is good with good space and facilities however the staff, the manager/owner at the bar was rude. Apparently I did not order as per his way!. He wanted us to order in a group and then pay individually, which usually a person on till avoids as it is confusing. Not doing so, I got an unnecessary stare ! come on, take it easy, respect the way customer wants to order, don't educate/impose your way. Big room on attitude...

I went there around 10 PM with a friend to have a drink, and when we was about to order ours drinks we been told the bar it's open for people from "outside" at 23:30. And the bar closes at 00:00. What's the point of it? And why they only told us that when we was about to order our drinks??? We asked the receptionist if it was ok to go there and have a drink and she said yes....

The place itself is Ok but they need training in Customer Service. Out 5 people only 1 girl had a positive attitude, everyone else was overwhelmed by the stress and couldn't handle the place at 80% capacity. If they learn that and how to have good Team work there is a good opportunity for the staff and the establishment to...
