Home Cooking at 88 — Restaurant in London

Half hour ago i have ordered my lunch via Uber Eats App, it came surprisingly fast and the food... honestly, didnt expect such a good quality. Home Cooking @88 making it with love, knowledge and expirience. Clear 5/5 star for packaging, look, quantity and TASTE. Multumesc mult.

In the meantime i have ordered sarmale si mama liga 😊 pardon me, sarmale with palenta lol, chicken salad Boeuf and apple cake... im taking this opportunity to apologise coz i ve liked on UberEats only a cake by mistake lol

And today you guys gave me a massive impact straight to my Balcanic soul 😂 So photos in this review are related to my today purchase....

1.- Pollo e Avocado / Chicken with avocado coming with cooked baby potatoes and green beans... All in All - heavenly taste, made me to do what i never usualy do - mix bread and potato - at the end of it i ve took a piece of bread and collected last drops of white wine sauce from the plate lol.. rhapsody..

2.- Italian sallad... more than less alot of assorted green leafs and whats the most imporatnt is dressing.. absolutelly perfect

Now we are coming to dessert... which sent me back to the childhood lol and im only 56yo i have some relatives in Banat and somehow have a feeling someone from HC@88 knows where is Banat lol ( not your part of it 😜 )

3.- Chocolate cake... top of the tops.

Whoever take time and read this reviw-novel to the bottom lol must know one thing - this might be a matter of taste but in my opinion even if someone order this food from other Planet i bet my life he(she) will be fully satisfied.

Really delicious, fresh and genuinely home cooked. After long week at work I saw the time and instantly felt drained of energy to cook. We wanted something fresh and tasty without the hassle. Started looking through our usuals on UberEats/Deliveroo/JustEat and Home Cooking at 88 popped up in UberEats. Exactly what we were looking for, and we decided to support a neighbour nearby in the process. It was soooo yummy. I can’t stress this enough. Genuine home cooking, with quality and tasty ingredients - so whilst indulgent, it was far healthier than any other fatty/full of additives take away we would normally have ordered. This will definitely be a go to for when we need a night off. My compliments to the chef! What we ordered: beef cannelloni (like a pre-COVID foodie holiday to Italy), chicken with avocado (oh. my. god... who knew?), Guinness chocolate cake (that with the cream it came with was THE BOMB), apple pie (the most elegant looking pud I’ve had in a long while... and like a slice of autumn...

A place like Home cooking at 88 you can never find in London from my 6 years of living here. The food is bringing you memories from your childhood. It’s tasty, delicious and everytime I order it becomes better and better. Can never get bored of this food. I have tried all of them and I feel it’s my “always” place to eat from. I recommend with confidence for you people. If you want healthy, delicious food, this is the place. 100% go for it and me personally I guarantee you won’t regret and you will keep ordering. I can’t belive all the deserts are ALSO home made. I mean, where can you find that? Well done Home...
