My wife and I ordered a Mixed Grill for 2 on Sunday 20th July 25. We're a 10 minute walk from the restaurant so we picked the meal up and ate at home. The size and quality of the meal was ok overall, however the we were very concerned that the two kofte pieces in the mixed grill were very under cooked and also had an unpleasant odour. I'm aware that mince meat needs to be cooked thoroughly in order to avoid contamination and related illness. I called the restaurant to make them aware of my concerns and the lady I spoke with was unfortunately very dismissive. Instead of being apologetic, she continued to state that all the meat they use was fresh and that they had no other complaints from customers. I assured her that the chef had not cooked this portion correctly and that I would have the kofte available for them to collect from me to see for themselves. She avoided my comment and carried on insisting that the colour of the kofte was due to spices. That fact is, I have had many similar meals, all of which were cooked properly and I'm very aware of how they should look, smell and taste. It is very easy to identify if minced meat is under cooked, not only by the colour but also by it's mushy texture. There was no apology from her for the inedible kofte, just denial. This is very disappointing and we will not be returning to the restaurant. Please see...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ksara, a delightful Lebanese restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff members who were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply outstanding. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with authentic Lebanese flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. From the succulent kebabs to the creamy hummus and perfectly seasoned falafel, every bite was a delight for the taste buds.

Not only was the food excellent in quality, but the presentation was also impeccable, showcasing the care and attention to detail that goes into each dish. The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Overall, Ksara exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Lebanese cuisine or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend paying a visit to Ksara for an unforgettable...

A very small and cosy little restaurant. The tinyness of the place doesn't reflect in the quality of the food. Good Lebanese foods, the usual favourites. We used the groupon deal for 10 mezes...even though they only had 5 tables to wait on the 1 lady waitress was serving on her own seemed abit overwhelmed at times. Albeit she and the manager were both friendly and polite. They gave us 9 mezes instead of 10 which I know they genuinely overlooked as they got busy so didn't bother to say anything. It did take along time for each dish to come out and we felt they could've been more efficient. We were at the place for ages!! Although the food was brought out hot and fresh it just took 1.5 hours just to get all 9 dishes including wait for the bill. The place was clean and toilets were even clean (surprising touch a tiny place). Might eat here again if I had another offer offer & I was in the area again. No major negatives but service abit slow. Overall a decent...

We went to Ksara last night and had an amazing dinner there. From food to service, everything was top notch. Ambience - We were four and were immediately seated upon arrival. We were impressed by the ambience (would describe it as modern fine dining setting with some Lebanese/middle eastern features)and the seating was comfortable considering we had two pregnant ladies with us. Food - for starters we ordered hummus beiruty, lamb ayras, fatoush salad, falafel and batata hara. We loved everything especially lamb ayras. We were really full after starters ( good portion size) and ordered another salad and mixed grill. The mixed grill was amazing - the most tender succulent lamb with the right amount of spices flavor packed. Service - amazing service. The owner bought out some tea and baklava in end for all of us. ❤️ If you are in the area and looking for Lebanese food, would highly recommend.

Very decent Lebanese restaurant in this little nook of Ealing. Enjoyed all the dishes served - everything was served exactly as expected and delicious. Everyone enjoyed every dish... bar the Kenefe which let the side down. Service was very good but the layout of the restaurant means it's not easy for the people manning the bar area/ kitchen area to know if customers needed anything if they are sitting on the other side of the wall. Didn't help that there was only one person serving which necessitated several trips to find them to ask for something (side note: there wasn't many customers when we went so understandable why only one server was there and they were super friendly and helpful).
