The food is not fresh and they don’t cook real roast dinners. The cafe has gone downhill. Years ago there used to be a lot of cafes around in London moreover the east end that cooked proper roast dinners. There are not many cafes around now so you would think the ones that are still around would make good food but they don’t. All they do is add gravy to a microwave chicken or thin beef slices that are for sandwiches not roast dinners. The carrots are cold and probably tin carrots. There is no cabbage just a few peas and manky potatoes. And they charge £11 for this and to them the true cost of the lot is about 30p. The dinners they serve are not worth...

I recently visited Hulyas Cafe, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely delicious – every bite was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care. The coffee was equally amazing, the perfect pick-me-up for the day.

But what truly stood out was the service. I accidentally spilled my coffee all over myself, and the owner was incredibly kind and understanding.
