I Love Coffee — Restaurant in London

I had my first ever “proper” coffee here over ten years ago. Living far away, I simply don’t get the chance but being back in the area for a meeting, I just had to visit. I was not disappointed. Great food and superb coffee just as expected, served by a very helpful staff member. Sadly I can’t remember the owner’s name and feel rude for not asking, but the man who served me my first proper coffee was still there doing what he does best. I cannot recommend I Love Coffee enough and I just wish I lived closer to come here every day. They recently received an award from the Streatham Business Awards 2022 for Best Customer Service by their loyal customer base and they thoroughly deserve it. Even whilst in there on my random visit there was two ladies chatting saying that the owner had rushed out when she had had a fall a couple of weeks before and he had stayed with her after a black out and cracked her head. A superb coffee house, run by a kind and caring guy who employs amazing staff and serves superb food and coffee. What more could...

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for some time now, purely because of how great the customer service is here. I believe that it’s hard to find a place whereby the staff and the customer can have a great connection, more so a natural connection. The staff are friendly and always fun to have a chat with. Which always puts me in a great mood for the rest of my day. Now you’ll mostly only get one or the other, great coffee or great customer service, fortunately here, you get both and they actually remember your drink after a few pop ins. Not to mention they also have a loyalty card. Food wise, I’m not a massive pastry kinda guy, but their white chocolate cookies and sausage sandwiches are pretty good too. Conclusion : If you’re in want of a great coffee, a nice chat and a smile. This place won’t let you down. Thanks for always being awesome guys !

Good atmosphere to this small café. Good coffee and a great selection of cakes and healthier food options. This place is a good find. The only issue is I didn't specify a small coffee, so I ended up with a large, but that's my fault. Highly recommended. WiFi is free and has decent speed if not super fast. It's one of the better options around here.

*Additional Review.....went here again and was surprised to note that the coffee experience has really gone downhill since I was here last.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but it was very hurriedly prepared and was too hot and lacked any semblance of taste. Overall, it was really poor Flat White, and if anything was only on par with Costa coffee, which is obviously where we don't want to aim for.

Not good, and deservedly, I took a star off until I come again...
