I came here twice when I was working locally. Easy choice for a lunch. The store is pretty small and all the chats was left upside down on the tables as if they were mopping up the floor for preparing closing. On my first visit, I walked straight to the till as I wanted to pay cash. One of the workers made eye contact with me, but didn’t say a word and carried on doing what he was doing (fiddling with things to make himself look busy). I waited 10 minutes before I decided to make my order on the kiosk and pay by card. The food then came out really quick.

On my second visit, the kiosk wasn’t working, so I walked right upto the till, and the lovely lady served me with good customer service skills. She was amazing, and answered a couple questions I had about the food on the menu.

The reason why I still give them a one star review is because the food was pretty much cold when I got back onsite to eat my lunch. I was only 3mins walk away, and on both occasions my food was pretty cold. Also, the burger had very little sauce which made it hard to swallow, so I added mayonnaise to it so I could...

Service was abysmal.

The woman who served me could not speak English very well. To make it clear this has absolutely nothing to do with race but not being able to speak the language really made it a frustrating transaction by the end.

It took 10-15 minutes to complete a simple order and pay before even waiting for my food. Many items were done incorrectly and had to be changed several times as she both couldn't understand me and didn't know how to work the machine correctly. She grew very angry with me because I kept having to tell her she was inputting the wrong things and correcting her. She stormed off to get another member of staff who translated for her.

She chased me out of the shop to give me an item (fries) she had forgotten. I should have stopped and checked my order right there but I was stupid and when I got home i realised I still had an incorrect order.
