Trio Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

first thing first, the server was good, Merlin is a young lad so not his fault.. However everything else was abysmal. Yes, there were 12 of us but we had to wait nearly 2 hours for the food to come. 3 tables came in after and were served and finished before we got out meal. Wrong dishes served, lamp chops one med rare the other well done but one with chips one with pots- got dished up totally wrong. Sirloin was abysmal, def not serloin. King Prawn pasta - 4 king prawns in a do not know what raviola pasta, def not fish. The lasagne - how can you get this wrong. Made from pre made sauce from asda or tescos, no meat more of a soup in pasta, disgusting, tasted like something burnt off the bottom of an oven. Horrible after taste and 4 of us tried it and felt the same. absolutely worse place to eat, probably better to eat a meal...

I needed to sit down as I have multiple hidden disabilities and I had a knee brace from a dislocated knee I wasn’t even sitting down 5 mins someone comes out and says “can I help you you can’t sit here” I said “I have a disability I’m not ordering I need to sit down for a minute” I was on the phone to my mum who heard everything and was disgusted by the way I get treated as a neurodivergent and disabled individual who should have the right to independent with the support and understanding from the public he goes back inside and just stands over me watching me through the window like i was going to steal the table and chair he pretended to clean when he realised I spotted him my cab was 1min away so I got up and left I was not expecting the type of reception from a place that’s supposed to be 5 stars...

I love this venue, from the decor to the chilled atmosphere, the live music and the friendliness of the staff. It all adds up to a good night out!

19th October at Trio Pizzeria, another amazing experience as I invited my family and friends to celebrate my birthday with me. Everyone wanted to know how I had managed to find this little gem.
