itsu - Brunswick Centre — Restaurant in London

We first rang this restaurant from the British museum to see if we had to book up as we have never been to an itsu restaurant before. We spoke to a very friendly member of staff who ended up being the manager Greta who told us we could just turn up and didn't need to book. After a short walk from the British museum (10 minutes) we arrived at the Brunswick Centre.

From the moment me and my family entered this wonderful itsu restaurant we were greeted again by the lovely Greta who helped us feel at ease and explained how to use the food ordering system.

In fact Greta was so good at customer service she even helped us use the ordering system and showed us the sizes of the meal options.

Our 10 year old son had some sushi and loved it! We also tried the Teriyaki Chicken and the Thai Chicken rice bowl.

We would totally recommend going to this itsu restaurant and sampling both the amazing range of Asian food and friendly service. Wojciech at Itsu, Russell Square, is an absolute gem of customer service! From the moment I stepped in, his warm smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic experience. Not only does he excel in his role, but he goes above and beyond to ensure each customer feels valued and cared for.

This morning I experienced yet another visit to a Itsu over many years, that had something of an amazing experience - making it so special that I felt right to write this review!

The meeting I had ended much quicker than I had planned and as close to lunch time I wandered into your branch in Russell Square, and whilst the options in the refrigerated counters were brimming with some of my regulars/favourite, I lingered a little longer and the floor manager welcomed me and suggested he could possibly guide me to choose from the made to order specialities. As never tried before, he was most prompt in guiding me towards a double chicken teriyaki, that he arranged to be ready promptly and must say soooo delicious.

Woytek (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) elevated my visit to new heights, brought my attention to a much wider range of choices that till now I never considered; and to crown my visit to full colours, even the toilet was in peak...
