⚠️ ‼️ Avoid at all costs 🚨🚨

We, as a couple of just two people, Entered the premises at 21:22; as soon as we came inside, they Straightaway in our faces with no greetings, Unfortunately in a very Unprofessional, unfriendly and abrupt manner, Almost like we committed a crime entered the Restaurant as guests, and they refused us to be seated!!!🚨🚨

We are regulars, but recently, the front house team has changed, and they are extremely RUDE and arrogant.

King Street is jam-packed with lovely and grateful restaurants, and It’s a shame we made them think this attitude is OK; shocking service.

As soon as we entered, there were two tables full of clients, but the rest were empty; as soon as they saw us, One ran to the door, Saying it was only Delivery/Take away now!!! Not even 21:30 yet!

They said, “You only can pick up/Takeaways”, not eat in; sluggish, unprofessional attitude, and then suddenly a second person joined from the back of the house repeating the same thing! SHOCKING, ungrateful and no manners, this is how you will become your downfall - Won’t come back...

Wow, wow, wow! The food at this place 😍 We were in the area looking for some food and we bumped into this place and honestly, it's reputation it's completely well earned. Proper thai food with so much flavour!

Our waiter was ok and the atmosphere, being a Saturday afternoon was ok! We had the fried chicken gyozas to start and the prawn tempura. The fried Gyozas were good and according to my partner, the prawn tempura were amazing (I didn't try these as I can't have seafood). Then I went for the chicken pad thai and I can honestly say, it's the best pad thai I've had in London. Very good portion, with just the right amount of spices. Generous with the chicken as well. My partner had the Khao Soi (chicken) and this was just out of this world. The taste of the broth, the chicken, the crispy noodles... just incredible. What an amazing experience was having food in this place. We finished it off with the banana fritters for dessert, which come with ice cream and maple syrup. Very good as well.

We paid only £41 for all of this, which is incredible value...

Nice food but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service. We arrived at about 9pm and were greeted in an unfriendly way. When someone finally came to take our order they asked if we’d like starters and mains separately and we said yes. They brought the starters and the mains straight afterwards… They then began clearing away and rushing us out of the restaurant at 9.30pm. We were paying customers still eating our food and we felt very unwelcome. They were emptying bins, stacking chairs, clearing our plates before we finished and then forced us to pay the bill and practically pushed us out the door😂 It was SO unprofessional and made us feel like we couldn’t even enjoy and finish our dinner. Very very rude, no apologies at all, just very rushed service. They clearly wanted to close early and the door was slammed in our face as we left. Would not visit again...

This is a remarkable family run Thai casual restaurant with a friendly and welcoming ambience. Staff were very professional and accommodating allowing us to choose where we can sit. I like how we can hear the foods being cooked as the kitchen is open next door. The restaurant was well ventilated and cool. The foods were definitely worth it price wise. The pad Thai had the freshest and largest prawns and a well balanced flavour - not too sweet or salty with a good portion enough for two to share. The tempura prawns were unique and the batter is thick, crispy and not so oily. The best Thai restaurant in London for sure. Must try the Thai green milk tea especially for summer. Overall this is a wonderful gem and it’s been rare since I received such sincere service and warmth from a restaurant. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the food! It was super good and authentic Thai food. The place is small so we had to make a reservation in advance to guarantee a spot. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We ordered the seafood soup, Tom Yum soup, and for main course we ordered Panang Curry with steamed rice, Chef Special Massaman Lamb, and Pad Himmaparn with stir fried rice. All were absolutely great! I guess the main reason for the 4 star is that it took a really, really, long time after the soup to get our mains. We also had Khao Tom Mat for dessert but won’t necessarily go back for it. Overall, the top pick for us was the Massaman Lamb which was mouthwatering and would highly recommend to go and try it!
