Extremely extremely extremely rude staff, short blond woman at the till she said her name is Tara got visibly annoyed that I came to order food as I had to interrupt her cleaning. I asked her to scan the barcode on the app and she replied “why don’t you do it yourself”. I couldn’t because she didn’t switch on the scanner, I mentioned this to her to which she said “hurry up”. After I scanned the app I wanted to buy extra wings with my order. I asked her to add the wings and she started having a go at me “ how many times you want to change the order, I have to do everything from the beginning “. Her whole demeanour was very disrespectful , bullying me in front of her colleagues where all I want is to grab food for my family, kids usually have KFC on Sunday, thanks to her today they won’t. I asked the woman why she’s so rude she replied “I'm upset just pay and go”. I'm not sure how that gives her the right to treat costumers in such a rude way so obviously I told her no thank you and left. It’s extremely difficult to explain in words how bad her attitude was, on top of that she was cleaning the bottom drawer from all the grime and when she approached the till she didn’t even take her gloves off, started touching the screen and till with gloves covered in grease and washing detergent. There was another lady dressed in black that didn’t want to get involved. I asked her where the manager is multiple times, she just turned her back on me and pretended I do not exist. The blond woman then said the manager is not in today. Make of that review what you will, just think about how you would feel if you want to treat your kids on Sunday and you have to take abuse from fast food staff to get it. My suggestion to Tara and her managers : if you don't like costumer facing...
Read moreDear KFC Greenwich Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues I recently experienced at your Greenwich location, which I believe require immediate attention to maintain the high standards KFC is known for.
Firstly, I was disappointed by the hygiene conditions observed during my visit. Cleanliness is a critical aspect of any dining experience, especially in a food establishment, and I noticed several areas that fell short of expectations. This not only affects the overall customer experience but also raises concerns about food safety and adherence to health regulations.
Secondly, I was disheartened by the behavior of some staff members, who displayed a lack of respect and professionalism toward customers. Courteous and attentive service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and the dismissive attitude I encountered was both unwelcoming and unacceptable.
I am sharing this feedback because I believe in the potential for improvement and would love to see your Greenwich location thrive as a welcoming and hygienic environment for all customers. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues promptly and ensure that every visitor leaves with a positive impression of KFC.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing positive changes and hope to enjoy a much-improved experience during my next visit.
Best regards, to...
Read moreI would have thought it would be tremendously difficult to bugger up a tightly controlled franchise like KFC, but the Trafalgar Road branch has either managed it, or I was unlucky enough to visit when the C-team were working. 9:40 on a Sunday night, I ordered a Zinger and some beans - don't judge me. This was after waiting quite a while to be even acknowledged by the staff while they were busy demonstrating their antagonistic relationship with the delivery drivers. Eventually I was handed my food and I sat down to enjoy it before venturing out into the rain. About three bites in, a staff member approached and told me that they had to close the lobby. It took me a few seconds to interpret what he was saying as he stood there staring, but it distilled down to "could you please take your half eaten sandwich out into the ran and eat it there?" The most I could manage was "seriously?" before he reluctantly told me he would wait for me, and then pulled down the steel grid that separated the counter from the "restaurant" so that I could finish my zinger in the atmosphere of a police holding cell. Zinger finished, I turned to the beans and discovered they hadn't given me an eating implement. At that point I just got up, banged on the steel grid to be released and took my pot of beans into the night. Two stars because the actual food was what I...
