I will tell my story of things that happened to me at 128 KFC bakers street London on 2nd of December around 1:46 pm. A story of horror....no one says there are thieves roaming around inside the restaurant. I am still stranded in the UK as I write this, as I wait for replacement of my passport that was stolen with my bag in the restaurant. I am physically and mentally exhausted. I have tried all means I could to go back to where I came from with no success. A few minutes after the event, I asked for CCTV footage to try and see if I could find the thief. No one was willing to help. The lady working there said she saw a guy walking around inside the restaurant who appeared suspicious, but never made the customers aware. Another customer complained to the police that someone was trying to snatch her phone inside the same restaurant at the same moment. Mine was a very bad experience, I lost everything; clothes, laptop, chargers, passport, and important notebooks. I feel it is the responsibility of the business owner to ensure the inside space is safe. I know the streets of London are not safe, but I didn't expect the same inside KFC restaurant. I thought KFC was a big name, I don't know what it is anymore. Anyway, I hope I will get my travel documents soon as I cannot sustain myself...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the KFC Baker Street location on September 21, 2024, around 3:00 PM. I was trying to place an order using my student discount, which required me to do so at the counter. Despite waiting patiently for over 15 minutes, the cashier repeatedly ignored me and served other customers. When I asked her politely if I could order, she initially refused and gave me excuses. After a few minutes, I overheard her boasting to her colleagues about how she intentionally treated me differently, referring to me as a “fresher” and taking pleasure in making me uncomfortable.
It wasn’t until another customer intervened on my behalf that another staff member came to help and completed my order. The cashier later quietly apologized and gave me extra condiments I didn’t ask for, but the damage had already been done. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and felt discriminatory.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at KFC, and as a regular customer, I’m extremely disappointed. I hope KFC takes this seriously and addresses these kinds of issues so other customers don’t face the...

I was intrigued by the fact that it is HALAL certified, which encouraged me to travel from Madam Tussauds to this specific KFC. We placed a variety of orders for our 12-person group, including zinger burgers and a chicken bucket.
Unfortunately, the first batch of chicken we received was incorrect, and the burgers weren't as fresh as we'd hoped. However, the staff at the counter was more than happy to replace all 8 of the burgers when I pointed this out to them. I was really impressed with the level of customer service and believe that it merits a 5-star review.
Despite the initial confusion, I still think you should visit this KFC location, especially if you're nearby Madam Tussauds. Anyone looking for a quick bite to eat will find it to be a worthwhile choice due to the HALAL certification and outstanding...
