KFC London - Farringdon Road — Restaurant in London

I believe that companies are allowed to have their off days but this place is literally a shambles. On many occasions they mess up and lie.

The other day I went over and I only specifically like a side breast and they told me they have none, I asked to check the oven etc and they said they have none. After, there was a man who looked too angry that the side breast as finished and the manager said it is in the oven and will be ready in 5 minutes.

Then they had the cheek to justify it when I asked them about it by lying about what I said to them, Like I don't know what I said?

Even me asking for a specific piece (I DO NOT eat the other pieces of chicken) the girl behind the counter was acting like I was asking for her arm! Telling me I cannot pick which piece I want? (SO WHY CAN THE OTHER GUY?)

there is way more, but I cant be bothered.

-Rubbish packaging (they never get their deliveries) -Long queues -Slow service and absolute POOR customer service.

I would have left NO stars if I could have.

OH YH - & If you have any vouchers, they apparently don't...

Its KFC so good food but this particular branch usually gets orders wrong and usually have missing items. Rarely have I been given my penny change seems common practice in this branch. Unfortunately some of the staff have limited English and very strong accents but after repeating themselves can usually be understood. Downstairs is never open when I go in, dispite having self order machines this has made the people behind the tills busier as more orders are put through with one maybe two people putting the food together. Today 23/12/20 I tried to use the self serve machines and my student offer didnt work I was asking for help with the machine but with 2 people working noone cared enough to help and the staff did not care, didnt offer to refund my order to do on the normal till as using the till is not allowed. They actually just didnt care and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Be advised to download the app for two free hot wings and you can continue to collect stamps for offers minimum £3 spend for 1 stamp. Really...

I have visited this restaurant a few times over two years. A small restaurant divided in two sections, ground floor with some tables and the counter, downstairs with a couple more tables and the toilets.

There's nothing special at this branch but food portions are rather small compared to other KFC restaurants. Aside from that, as this is a busy store, the food would be fresh most of the time, just cooked.

Over two years, they still not allow you to place orders over the counter, despite having all the necessary equipment they will just say that the payment machine is broken. So all the ordering has to be done through ordering screens at the restaurant or mobile phone. If you order by phone, expect your order to be ready between 5 to 10 mins, otherwise if you order though the screens, most of the time has to queue and this will take considerable longer, in my experience almost half an hour.

During my visits at lunch, it was overcrowded (as a small store is normal), some tables were dirty and...
