I recently had one of the worst experiences ever as a delivery rider at KFC, and I feel compelled to warn others about the issues I faced. First and foremost, the wait times were ridiculous. Despite arriving well past the scheduled pick-up time, I had to stand around for nearly 40 minutes before my order was ready. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was downright rude. Specially IMRAN one of the rude arrogant staff, He act as like delivery rider is not human. When I politely asked for updates on the order status, I was met with hostility and indifference. On the other hand inside the KFC he is gossiping with other staff. No one apologized for the delay, and instead, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is shocking and unacceptable.
When I finally received the order, it was a complete mess. The bags were falling apart, and the food inside was barely contained. sauces were leaking, and items were haphazardly thrown together. This not only made it incredibly difficult to transport but also resulted in a poor experience for the customer, who received a messy and cold meal. They don’t care about customer. Overall, my experience as a delivery rider for KFC was horrendous. The chaotic and unorganized service, poor food handling, unprofessional staff, and filthy conditions made the job nearly impossible and left a lasting negative impression. KFC needs to seriously reevaluate their operations and address these major issues immediately. Monday to Thursday business down only due to 3 employees Ali, Nizam & Uddin if I’m wrong someone professional please sit them down ask them 3 questions on customer service or on professionalism and watch the nightmare unfold. Recently we have countless riders complaining being given dislikes on their rider app just on face value or they just don’t like them oh btw I’m one of them too. I’ve worked in customer service for over 22 years his given me dislike on professionalism lol when asked they denied. That’s the story for all riders and customers. These stuff are so rude and unprofessional they’ve taken the business down like crazy. Compare it to weekend when Rabbi, Saiful etc is there and if you say it’s weekend so busy then switch them to weekdays and other to weekends I guarantee you business will switch too. Now if your reading this please take action before something so wrong happens already too many incidents happens I’m not sure if they’ve been reported but if you want to know get in touch with me. The manager Mixon, Saiful, rabbi they all have my number I’ll show you proof how bad it is just for few of those employees. Business would double without them. Read moreHit and miss service and food. Sometimes the food is great but usually there is an issue. For the last 4 weeks they have forced me to buy large meals at 60p extra because they don’t have the small cups - when questioned about why they are doing this they say ‘management orders’- having spoken to Head Office this is certainly not acceptable KFC protocol! Ok back to the food and usually the chips are cold or undercooked and probably about 2 out of 5 times the burger has issues such as it being cold, dry or really thin- I get the impression things are put together slapdash here - without much pride or quality control. I now resolve to testing the chips for quality before I leave so sort that issue out but the burger quality check is not so easy. And echoing what others have said the staff don’t care for customer service so complain to them at your peril. Also the seating area is usually a filthy mess with it not being cleaned regularly enough given the sheer volume of people that pass through. What does it take to get an improvement here? I have complained on several occasions (including to HQ) and still nothing ever changes! KFC UK need to be doing more to ensure they have more of a handle on things because none of what they say has been resolved or passed on ever gets...
