Very nice relaxing location with friendly customers and customer service, I ordered a peppermint tea but was surprised by the selection of different types of coffee, chocolate, teas and herbal teas.The cookie, cake and ice cream selections were out of this world, found it very difficult to choose so I left it to Gavin who did an excellent job of finding a mixture of ice creams i would enjoy.. WOW WOW WOW!! I will be back and I highly recommend everyone try Koala's out, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Gavin and team for the beautiful experience..

Great coffee!!!!! AMAZING hot chocolate!!!! Cute, bright and clean little coffee shop with friendly, smiley staff. Coffee was great quality, smooth and well made. We went back for hot chocolate because it was cold and rainy & got a dark chocolate and a milk chocolate… made with actual melted chocolate!!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! (There was also a white chocolate option) Inside seating for around 8 and outside probably the same. Heard a lot about the gelato & keen to go back and try!

I just wish they served coffee throughout the day, as that’s what we originally came for but overall, it was a lovely visit.

A couple of days ago I visited this shop, the ice cream was great but the attitude of the people working in it towards people of the neighbourhood not so much. Let explain: after I purchased my ice cream a black man approached me and asked me to buy an ice cream to which I had no objection. When we approached together the shop the white young man that was serving said that he has been asking lots of their customers to buy him ice cream to which I replied that if us, the customers, want to spend our money that way then I don’t see the problem. He also said that they have been “trying to get rid of him”, and I wonder what does it mean to get rid of another human being and how they are trying to do that exactly. I think the least these businesses can do is respect the communities that have been there long before Brixton was hip, instead of trying to actively displace them even more.

P.S: I still paid the £4 for the ice cream but yet the man got only a slither of the...

The coffee here is gorgeous, as are the ice creams, and their homemade cookies. Staff were warm. My criticism is with how they've used the space. Rather than high, uncomfortable stools facing a wall, I wonder why they haven't put in a few more tables and comfy chairs. I love popping in here to treat my little boy to a babycino and scoop of ice cream, but it's not the type of place where one wants to linger due to the lack of / uncomfortable seating. I do hope they may adjust their seating arrangements as I'd love for this to be a place in which I can spend hours relaxing, enjoying coffees, and watching the...
