Kokoro is our absolute favorite whenever my partner and I crave a flavorful, wholesome meal. I love heading there to pick up our order – it's a great excuse to get out of the house. What really makes it special is the friendly atmosphere, and believe it or not, the ladies there even remember our usual order – sweet and sour chicken and sweet chili chicken. Working in hospitality is no easy feat, especially late into the night, but these ladies manage it with a constant smile. Huge shoutout to them for making our Kokoro experience consistently delightful!

I’m quite happy with the food as I love sweet and chili food. The staff was tired (hope she takes good rest) but she was patience as she repeated what she said again. The food experience is like subway, really fast. However the combination did not include vegetable for £8+ (I’m not sure if there are add-on for vegetables), if you consider to have a full lunch meaning there is meat and rice and vegetables, make sure to ask them and if they have no vegetables in their shop, you can head to Sainsbury to get a salad.

I frequently dine at Kokoro and have always enjoyed the food. However, my experience yesterday was disgusting! The tofu I ordered had a strong sour and foul smell, indicating it was clearly spoiled. I am extremely upset and seriously question Kokoro’s hygiene standards. I hope this issue is thoroughly investigated! I will also report this to the food regulatory authorities.

I’ve eaten here a few times and usually the food is quite good and tasty. I ordered from here last night and it took over an hour for my food to come. I ordered x4 gyoza portions (one comes with 2 pieces) and they only gave me half of what I ordered. The chicken I got was hard to chew and rip. I called at 7:45pm on 04/11/24 to ask about this and got the worst service ever from an employee called Michael. Three times he pretended that there was no signal and couldn’t hear me on the phone and HUNG UP on me! For such a nice food shop you would expect some good service at least but this really ruined my night after a long day. I hope Michael doesn’t talk to other customers like this! Never...

The Chicken Katsu Curry was seriously sooo good!! My favorite so far and the portion size is actually quite big for the price. Only the customer service is bad because they get flooded with delivery orders. While preparing our food the employee had to stop several times to do the delivery because the delivery person rushed her to prepare and give out the order. We ordered two dishes and until the second one came, we already finished the first one. We could not sit inside even though it was still open for an hour because they were already cleaning the floor. But apart from that I would really recommend it and go back the next time I’m...

unbearably sweet couldn't finish it even though I was starving. I had a salmon dish on rice and it was just like eating a stick of rock. If you want hot food (their sushi are ok) then there is very little choice if you don't eat meat - no veg sauces, and only very dried up chunks of fried tofu. I actually feel quite ill after this as so much sugar in this - I'm sure it's not necessary and it would be lovely to taste some of the things in this dish and not just sugar. staff very nice and portion large (although not super cheap) I won't be eating here again having tried a few things here despite working just...
