DISGUSTING SERVICE- INCREDIBLY RUDE WAITRESS.

Lots of tables free so I sit down and order a coffee from a waitress who takes my order. A quarter of an hour later another older waitress comes out and asks me what I want to order. I tell her I ordered a coffee some time ago with her colleague. She very rudely tells me now there are less tables free I can’t just have a coffee and I have to order more. Even though a man on the table next to me is just having a cup of tea.

No apology for keeping me waiting, no acknowledgement that her colleague took my order 15 mins ago without saying it was a problem, no sense of customer service at all.

Just extremely rude and aggressive. I said are you not even going to apologise and she just said something arrogant to me and walked off.

Absolutely disgusting customer service will never go back- you have...

Very busy Saturday in primrose hill and our group of 4 were looking for a quick coffee. We sat down only to be told by the waitress we couldn’t have coffee without ordering a meal! When we decided to leave, the waitress changed her mind and said we could stay ~ but only if we crammed around a tiny table! There were 6 other empty tables so no shortage of seating. We said no thank you and left.

Totally fair they want to capitalize on a busy day, but seems a very silly policy especially when they were completely empty compared to all the other cafes nearby. Surely any revenue is better than nothing. I’m a local and would hesitate to go back here. Anyway we ended up going to Arvo next door and didn’t have...

Not sure what changed and when, but my husband and I wanted to have some coffee and pastry, it was between 12.30 and 1pm on a Saturday. we were told we need to eat if we want to sit down. Just in case I checked with the girl who worked there whether this means like proper lunch or will pastries do, which we wanted to order anyway. She said we need to order lunch. Now, this is a coffee place, with tiny tables and we’ve been there many times before, but this was the first time we were told this and of course we left and went to a place across the road. We are definitely not coming back again, which is a shame, as we love their coffee and...

This place was terrible. I read the reviews after I sat down and I should of read them before. I ordered a muffin since they required food with the drink and then while I was waiting on the patio I would hear the owner yell « she only ordered a muffin!?! » …. How can someone even think that is okay? The muffin also sucked by the way it was all dry and hard in the middle I couldn’t even eat it… honestly just so rude I am in shock and went on another patio afterwards just to fix my mood. Terrible. The smoothie was also tiny and such a rip off- not even yummy. I would give this place -1 star if I could.

I was so surprised when I saw the reviews for this place! It's my favorite crepe place in town! The portions are generous and prices are fair. My favorite crepe is the lemon and sugar...add strawberries. Many places do the lemon crepe very dry. This one has plenty of lemon and is generous with their filling. I brought my sister today who was studying in Paris. She said her crepe was better than any she had in Paris! Staff was also very friendly and gave us ice water as we were hot from our walk.

I feel the reviews for this place are quite unfair. Maybe it was different before. I’ve been coming occasionally for a few of months and I love it. The service is always kind and attentive; The outside sitting is very charming and quiet enough to sit and read a book while you get a pretty decent coffee and honestly the best crepe I had in London so far.
