Little Dessert Shop — Restaurant in London

i experienced really bad customer service, 1st of all i was looking at the menu and what i wanted costed £7.95 i waited about 10 minutes before they asked what i wanted at the cashier i got ignored multiple times. when i went to order she tried to charge me 10.65 i was happy to pay at first but then she caught an attitude and started talking about me in her language that i can actually understand. then i asked why it said £7.95 on the menu and why she was trying to charge me extra and she said that the menu is wrong. so then i check on just eat where it said 9.95 so i ordered for collection and sat and waited, i ordered some pancakes and ice cream there was one nice lady working there the indian one. she bought my pancakes over when they were done and about 5 mins later i asked if they had forgotten the ice cream where then she decided to should at me over the counter and said “NO YOU ONLY ORDERED PANCKES” that’s when the nice lady turned around and apologised and gave me the ice cream. overall 1/10 experience won’t be returning and to be honest i felt racially profiled as the rude woman was only serving white customers i felt extremely uncomfortable and kind of embarrassed as she had made a scene in front of all the other customers enjoying...

What I ordered vs what I received. A complete disappointment.

There’s really no point in adding new dishes or drinks to your menu if you don't know how to make them properly. I ordered the so-called PeachBerry Sparkle Glitter Lemonade, which was supposed to be served with a strawberry and mochi. What I received, however, was a sad-looking, average-tasting blue lemonade. Not even remotely close to what was described or pictured. Filled with 80% ice.

When I asked why the drink wasn't pink, the person making it simply said, "Because you didn’t ask for it to be pink.” After I requested some pink glitter to fix it, they added more blue glitter instead. Waited 1 hour for 2 awful desserts and if I could give 0 stars I would. Chocolate concrete has never even seen chocolate concrete. The dessert is supposed to be crunchy on the outside and slightly moist on the inside when warm. This dessert came literally soggy and wet. So wet that it was stuck to the box it came in and actually tasted raw/ unbaked. There was also a nasty chemical sort of taste to it. It was completely inedible and it’s been thrown in the bin. Cookie dough was also ordered and according to my partner it was also a disappointment. I’m sorry but you can’t claim to make old school desserts like chocolate concrete and deliver an item like this. Please just take it off the menu.
