Lord's Afternoon Teas — Restaurant in London

What a wonderful experience. We booked the afternoon tea with a tour at Lord's Cricket ground and from start to finish the staff were incredible, so polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the grounds and the history, willing to stop and chat which made the experience so lovely. We were shown to our table in the stunning Long Room which featured amazing paintings and sat next to a large window overlooking the grounds itself which was incredible. I don't drink tea much (more of a coffee person) but the Honey Black which was recommended to me was throughly enjoyed. The food arrived and I couldn't fault any of it, there were lovely varieties which you could ask for more if you wanted but it was plenty for us. There was also a live violinist playing throughout the afternoon which gave it that extra special something, she was great walking up and down the Long Room playing a variety of music. Overall, a great memorable afternoon for us all. Well worth the money for...

Such a memorable experience at the world's best cricket ground. Everybody including security at the gates, waiters, photographer and the tour guide were so polite and pleasant.

Food was exceptionally good.
