Ada Court — Local services in London

Living here is like living on a building site. This is the 4th day that the service lift has been out of service which renders me housebound. This happens on a regular basis it was out for 3 weeks in November 2023 and I was taken to hospital in the end by ambulance. The staff do not care the place is filthy and the places where we once could gather have been taken over by contractors who have downed tools because they haven't been paid. Many people feel isolated and this is having a negative effect on many people's mental health. It is like living in a prison. The emergency alarm has not been working for many weeks. Awful...

Apart from the recent bed bug infestation. Its absolute vile. The dirt is clearly visable. The flooring is absolutely rotten. The staff are there just waiting for pay day. They do not check on the residents in any form no matter how many times you ask. Works that were carried out. Where appalling. Kitchen work took over a month. Residents left with a single hot plate. No proper facilities. Dont bother with putting the gas on as the window do not shut so you cant get warm. Accessibility. The lifts have more breakdowns than todays so called celebrities.
