Ordered chips to our table. We were talking to our friends on another table whilst standing. They gave our order to another table and said sorry someone put their hand up for the chips and we gave it to them. No offer for another order of chips. Bad service. Bad communication. Lazy.

The unattended table had drinks and bags placed around it so it should have been obvious that it was attended- not completely empty. We were also standing not far away from these tables and no one called my name despite it being written with the order. The QR code was scanned at this table (from memory I believe this was table 14) I think the chips could have been left on that table - even if unattended- rather than given to someone else on another table. When the waiter realised he said sorry but he left without any offer of compensation.

My partner and I had left earlier so we were not aware of the tables being moved, the dancing or the music requests. So this is completely unrelated to...

Came in here for a happy hour deal on the way home from a show, it was advertised as 2 for one cocktails, as pictured. There was absolutely no sign or indication from staff at any point what the 2 for 1 deal pertained to, I ordered 4 Aperol Spritz for myself and a friend well within the deal time expecting it to add up to just under £25, I was given a bill for £52.28. When I expressed my surprise, expecting an honest mistake that the deal hadn't been applied, I was told there are 2 selected cocktails only which are not advertised anywhere at all, or even hinted to when ordering. The staff were incredibly rude and aggressive and treated me in a patronising and unacceptable manner. This is clearly a scam and the level of service is despicable.

Very rude waitress no customer/people skills. Went with my wife it wasn’t busy so I thought this would be a pleasant experience but how I was wrong! Waitress standing by the entrance gave no eye contact and just pointed to any table so we went through sat on a table only to be ignored. We waited over 20mins no one came to welcome us or take a drink order? We are paying customers we pay their wages how people are working with the public or customers with such bad attitudes is beyond me. We ended up just walking out. What shocked me is the place was half full if that so I would understand when it’s busy the place is chaotic and staff are stretched but like I said there was only a handful of people/tables being used.
