McDonald's — Restaurant in London

I’m not one to write reviews but I think this one needs to be said so people are aware before they order from this restaurant specifically.

Placed an order at around 10pm which I understand is quite late however the restaurant doesn’t close till midnight and staff are shifted for these times for a reason. Big mac meal came with a large portion of uncooked fries which I’m guessing they wanted me to fry them at home??? A little DIY moment! The big mac burger itself was more so a diet coke burger after the improper packaging of a drink that should’ve been a large but was actually a medium so I guess it’s nice of them to put less liquid in my order so less spills on my food :)

No sauces that I ordered which are apparently now 20p a pop on deliveroo. Soaked food, dry burgers and raw fries all for £16 including service fee. What service? I’m not sure.

I think there needs to be a massive review of the members they have staffed at this branch on the late shifts since they couldn’t care less about the quality of food...

Toilets are a major problem in this restaurant, always dirty and smelling awfully. The door control is not working, maybe it's time to put a pay-per-use machine to control this. Service, is nice, and they speak really well as a team. One of the managers had to control a kids fight. So police would be nice to be arround and identify this bullies. After talking to them the bullies, they believe they control the area. Were just saying next time they will come with the 22s. Something needs to be done to this kids. Or they will become a major problem. They even know what they can and can't do on public place. They just like to mess arround, but were there is smoke there is fire. Identifying and putting them to do social services with people suffering from an accident or recovering from one, might teach them the value of life. Might teach them the respect for others. The system is sick when kids have so mutch power to destroy without major...

Worst McDonald’s in North London period they will send your food cold and melted without a care even though you are meant to throw away the order if it is out too long but never the less they still send it away anyways everyone in there should be ashamed because that level of care is very sad I know if their family got some cold, wet, and melted food they wouldn’t be happy but they still send it out and it’s sad because if they actually cared about their jobs they would do better but if you don’t like the place you’re in don’t work there period go better your life all of you shift manager and mangers I should get in contact with who owns your McDonald’s I’m definitely gonna try they don’t even pick up their phones what kind of customer service is that don’t have a landline if you don’t pick up honestly sad bunch of people working in there a job is a job you get money so just do it right it doesn’t matter where it is just work harder...
